Needed proof of policy termination. Customer service representative was very nice and was as helpful as she could possibly be. It's been a week and still haven't received the needed information. Representative stated she would e mail a copy of information to me and I have yet to receive it.

They stole $110 of my money. I cancelled in August but they are still withdrawing money from my bank account. They refused to do anything about it. Very unhappy!
