Terrible customer service. I got a watch and they couldn’t even size it. they made me go to fossil next door to get it sized and the workers at fossil were much more nice and gave me a better experience. shop fossil instead of MK!!!!

Terrible customer service. White brunette girl was very rude and unprofessional. Visited the store on 12/14/2023 in the afternoon around 4:30 pm. The shopping mood was completely ruined. I won't visit this store again.

Is an ok store I usually purchase MK online for better shopping experience. Also, why took a manager forever to figured out how to return a pair shoes when I showed him the return slip and the barcodes?

The staff couldn't be more amazing. Going to MK is not just shopping, it's an entire experience. The manager was incredible and the entire staff was so knowledgeable and helpful. Let's not forget to mention the product. I never am disappointed by our visits here

I drove 45 minutes to the store to pick up my order. I had to take off work early to do this. When I got there around 6:30 pm, the store was already closed. The sign displays on the door CLEARLY says closed at 7 PM. This is Sooo unprofessional and it us not acceptable!!!! Wasted my time, money and gas for NOTHING!!!!
