Terrible customer service. I got a watch and they couldn’t even size it. they made me go to fossil next door to get it sized and the workers at fossil were much more nice and gave me a better experience. shop fossil instead of MK!!!!

Terrible customer service. White brunette girl was very rude and unprofessional. Visited the store on 12/14/2023 in the afternoon around 4:30 pm. The shopping mood was completely ruined. I won't visit this store again.
