I originally posted a good review of this place. The staff is polite and helpful but they do not refund you an amount for the rest of the month if you close your storage unit early.
It seems like they are double dipping since they are most likely immediately renting the space out. Keep this in mind when renting from this facility.

Rented a unit during moving. I ended up renting another unit to downsize as i needed less space, the move was a lot longer process than planned...
Short and simple I delt with Alex. He was extremely Efficient,
Honest, these are the two best words.. I was gonna sign up online at first But I would prefer to deal with him any day... Five stars for Alex. I didn't have many doubts but he clarified ones that I didn't have which I should have... Thank you!

Was very pleased with Cassie and her customer service. She had all the information at her fingertips and had us laughing a lot too. The facility is clean and well priced and think I’ll be renting a unit there very soon
