“The Internet tells me there are only 7 M&M stores in the world. I have now visited 5/7. The store is full of fun products and tasty treats. I really lived the purses made from recycled candy wrappers.”
“This was one of my favorite stores that my friends and I visited while we were at the Mall of America! I found quite a few Winnie the Pooh themed items that I just had to bring home with me. There were also several very cute Lounge Fly mini backpacks that I unfortunately had to leave at the store.”

“The workers were very very helpful one of the workers there (I don’t remember the name but he served in the military) helped me and my friend pick a nice jacket, and I overall think that store is my favorite! The worker also gave us stickers which was very nice of him.”

“My husband Ryan and I, (Carrie) go up to the Spencer's SPECIFICALLY at the MOA because we found that an employee named Leah H. is one of the coolest, most down to earth, helpful, funny, creative, special person, who has now become our friend because we make sure to stop there everytime we are at the mall! She makes sure to upsell everytime too....and it works...lol I just wanted to make a shout out to Leah because she makes our shopping actually fun in the mall! Thanks Leah! See you soon! “The employees as the MOA buckle provided great customer service. I had a pair of jeans to exchange and Jake, the store manager, was extremely helpful and provided outstanding service. I would definitely recommend this store.”
“This sports apparel store is on the 2nd floor of The Mall of America. They have a large selection of Big 4 merchandise as well as merchandise featuring other sports like MLS, racing, collegiate, and others. They do offer deals and sales on some of the merchandise that I saw in the store as well. It does have some things that other stores like like banners, cups, and other things that may make good gifts for fans of teams.
Why did I deduct a star? As with many other stores of this nature, it is easy to find better deals on this merchandise online. I am not sure if they do any type of price matching but I did not see any signage stating so. Despite this, it is a good sports apparel store and I would visit it if this is merchandise I was in search of.”
“I came into the vans store 10/9 around 2:15 pm the other day looking for a fashionable pair of shoes, I had a lovely sales associate with fiery hair and stellar eyeliner help me out to actually purchase my shoe online! Not only was the shoe on sale in store but she also pointed out that the website was offering an additional 20% off! She gave astonishing customer service and insisted I found the most comfortable size for me before purchasing! she made me feel very confident in my purchase and I left the store very satisfied and happy! No doubt I’ll be back:) thanks girl!”

“Quinn and Evan were super helpful today! When I couldn’t find what I was looking for in store Quinn found it immediately online - showed me all my options - and when I purchased my sweater, Quinn assured I got my discounts and free, speedy shipping right to my door - along with a 10% off coupon for my next visit! Evan was so kind during the whole experience today while checking out with the hat I purchased in store, too - all while working really hard in the background to tidy up some things previous customers left. “I stopped into Tommy Bahama to shop for a work conference in California. The dress code was resort casual. Janice was so incredibly helpful and sweet! She helped me find some amazing dresses and a few very versatile jackets to wear. I felt so comfortable and confident while in California! I wish I could thank her personally! Definitely will be back and will be LOVING my purchases I made for a very long time!”

“Had a difficult time dealing with a new associate today. I really appreciated the way the other 2 associates handled the situation on top of trying to deal with a group of 4 girls trying to steal. AE is definitely my very favorite clothing store. I know so much about the store that I could probably work there. I ran out of jeans to buy in my size and literally started buying the men's jeans also lol! The Next level stretch line is my favorite cuz overall the jeans are always cute, sizing is spot on & the price point works for my budget. They also offer the "Dream Jean" line which are extra super comfortable but the higher price point sometimes stops me from getting them.”

“My father and I were traveling. We went to this location as we do not have one by us, and Untuckit is his favorite shirt, if not the only shirt brand he will wear. We wanted to write a review to acknowledge the employee who assisted us during our time there. His name was Nicholas (Nick). He was absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly patient, advising, assisting, understanding, and most of all, helpful. He found every size and color my dad wanted in all of the shirts he wanted, and got my dad to try new styles (and like them!). He gave us waters, and when we asked for MOA food recommendations he gave us wonderful restaurants, at which we ate that evening. We wanted to recognize him but there is no employee review specific page on the website, so instead, we are writing here to reflect our experience with him at the store. The store was very clean, well organized, aesthetically pleasing, and he handled all of the people coming in and out well. His kindness meant so much to us! Thank you, Nick!!”

“I was looking for matching shirts for me and my eight-year-old son. They had the size in stock for my son, which was great. We were able to try it on and ensure that it fit before we left. However, the larger sizes it appears they never have in stock, which they need to address. However, the gal that was assisting me (newer employee) was very nice and assisted me in ordering the shirt to match my sons. It was shipped to my house free of charge, which is honestly how it should be if they’re not gonna stock the item. Shipping was super fast. I wanted this for our family vacation in Florida in two weeks and I was advised the shirt would arrive in plenty of time. The shirt arrived in three days!! Outstanding service, outstanding quality, you get what you pay for! Great staff! This was a return visit and I will be back once again.”

Very nice of Boot Barn to offer this service. There aren't many (any?) hatters around, so getting a hat to fit properly is a real value add for their customers. Highly recommend!”

“Mall of America really does have everything. Even a souvenir shop that you visited the state it's in. In fact, it's one of two directly across from each other on level 3. You can be as judicious as you want with your gifts.”
“Huge fan of this shop inside the Mall of America- there are actually two in there! The stores carry different items so make sure to visit both. Love the alternative selection, thrifty vibes, and prices are super fair. Went around Halloween and they have a great selection of costumes for teen and older with sizes fitting all body types.”
