From there, I could tell he would be the right person to invest my time and money. He walked my daughter and I through the process of buying and setting up delivery. He was helpful when suggesting items to me that I wanted. I will be coming back to get a third item from Frank because he did an excellent job. Overall, this Slumberland location is very welcoming and friendly. I will definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for wonderful furniture at a decent price.”

“We were just looking. We had been to a competitor who had only high priced mattresses and was pushy. We stopped at Original Mattress Factory on our way home. A soft spoken informative sales rep greeted us. Tim Clark. There was an array of prices, styles, comfort on the show floor. He proceeded to talk about the various mattresses, company history and the vested interest of employees in the company. He was like a friend in his demeanor and an owner.The mattress selection is excellent and he explained all the information on each one we looked at.They are made locally in Maplewood.We bought two orthopedic King, 14.5 inches deep with firmness rating of 46. That was a medium firmness, no pillow top as I am not a fan. The range can go to 100. Once you have a king size bed there is no going back for me.Two sided mattresses with handles allow you to flip them. Special support all around the mattress edges to prevent sinking. It was a high quality hugging, yet firm perfect and restful.Tim was patient. We never expected to buy that dayBut the price great and both my daughter and thrilled we will sleep better.They will remove old mattresses for $5.00 each. Yes just $5.00. Also a selling point!We are expecting delivery this week. I will update once we get our mattresses.12 year(not prorated) warranty was a high selling point .Thank you for a great experience so far!Warehouse called one day ahead as expected; gave us our window of delivery; called day of delivery when they left stop before us and arrived in the30 minute window.Delivery is complete. They took great care to look at area of delivery; removed two old king mattresses in their special bags; left us with recommended care and sleeping tips brochure; took their shoes off for access; carefully brought it both new king mattresses and took all wrapping with them. Mattresses are flawless; just the right weight to lift in making the beds; professional and polite. We were the last stop of the day and they gave us great service. All in all a 10 star for what we purchased. Thank you!”
