I was rear-ended and my BMW suffered above moderate damage. This is a Certified BMW Body Shop and they only use new BMW Parts. The Paint is perfectly matched and all lines match properly. You can't tell that my X5 was in a accident.

Master Collision in Bloomington, Minnesota, is an exceptionally nice and professional group. I worked with Mr. Brandon to get the bumper of my BMW fixed. The process was smooth and completed within a week. They are the only BMW-certified repair shop in Minnesota.
Brandon and Daune were nice and helpful professionals.

Extremely pleased with the repairs we received to my sons BMW. We worked with Brandon getting all of it handled and he was so pleasant to deal with. Body work was top notch.

Thoroughly impressed with their customer service (Breanna & Tim). Recommended by the dealership, provided the lowest preliminary estimate, and still came in slightly BELOW estimate. I was not expecting this.

Terrible Service. I worked with Tim who told me after car had been in shop for 6 weeks : "I won't tell you any date that the car will be ready because if we miss that date you will yell at me."Car was ready after just about 8 weeks in shop . I brought the car in after making an appointment to bring the car in for service 6 weeks in advance. All parts had been pre-ordered . Original time estimate 2 - 3 weeks.

Phenomenal! Brandon did a great job setting clear expectations for the timeline and always communicating updates. My car now looks better than it did when I bought it! Definitely recommend!

Great communication, they were able to get me in right away to fix damage done from a hit and run. Brandon answered all my questions and was very accommodating with my work schedule. They even cleaned the inside of my car for me without me asking! I’ll be back if I ever need anymore work done on our cars.Services: Painting

Wow.. Where do I begin?! BMW gives very few choices for body work so I figured the 2 month wait time to get my mom's X3 into the shop was not surprising. I figured that meant they would order the parts ahead of time and it would be quick work. Boy was I wrong. Now just shy of 3 MONTHS (!!!) in the shop, my mom finally received her car back. It took her calling weekly and tolerating Duane being incredibly rude to her (a 67 year old lady, my god thats embarrassing for him) to get her car back. And we figured that was the end and we could move on BUT NO. When she picked up the car, the interior was an absolute dirty mess. They obviously had the car open for 3 months as there was a layer of construction dust over everything. Every interior panel has dirt dust and finger prints. Even the fabric ceiling is disgusting. The photos don't do it justice. This is an almost new BMW, we would expect to receive a clean car after paying 17k for repairs, but Master Collision and Duane definitely don't care! They have more than enough business to ignore customer service (according to Duane). Please stay away from these awful people.Service: Body & Trim
