Jeans smelled like mothballs. I recently purchased a pair of jeans at the Mall of America store. The store had a smell to it, but I was in a pinch and I wasn’t sure if it was another customer. Purchased my jeans and put them on because I needed them for an event that evening. After doing so I realized my jeans had the same smell, mothballs. I took them home washed them, no luck. Called the store - manager offered no acknowledgment, instead stated the smell most likely came from my house.

Kyrie was so helpful!! She figured out my size and grabbed me a selection of jeans to try on. Made the process so much easier and I found a great pair of jeans in no time.

This store is literally the best ever. Their size range is so much better than any other store focused on good quality denim, so many different fits as well curvy short long etc. The people working there where so nice to me and stoping there absolutely made my day !!

I needed assistance on an item that I bought from the MOA location 5 months prior (the elastic band was sewn on improperly causing the waistband to roll down over time.) I called the store and Jess was extremely helpful and pleasant. She suggested that I brought in my item to get looked at in person. She helped my return the purchase and found a replacement for me. The service there today was awesome.
