One of the most unprofessional places I have ever dealt with. Bought a brand new car and noticed lots of paint issues. There was dirt under the paint. The dealership I purchased the car from sent the car here to have the work done. Their solution was to wet sand and buff the car. Such a lazy fix. Wet sanding strips off the clear coat. No mention of restoring the clear coat. The manager (Mike) even went as far as to say I caused some of the issues. When I went to pick up the car I noticed lots of missed spots. This shop now is refusing to do anything else for me. The car was just purchased in August brand new with 0 miles on it. It only has 1,400 miles. Do not do business with this shop. They do not care about the customer.

For months, I had a repair scheduled to be done by this place. A few days before I was supposed to get the repair done, a family emergency came up, and I couldn't be without my car for a whole month. I cancelled my appointment and instead opted do a payout through my insurance because that allowed me more flexibility. However, Luther submitted a totally a completely different estimate (very low) to my insurance, so I wouldn't get the right amount of money, making me unable the repair at a later date. Completely unethical and unprofessional.Once I get an actual valid estimate from another place, I am taking my car elsewhere to do the repair. I would recommend not doing business with such unprofessional people, even if they do a good job.

I brought my vehicle in for repairs after being rear ended. Mike Deutsch was terrific to work with and was very helpful navigating a frustrating insurance experience. The work was flawless and they did a wonderful job cleaning the inside and outside of my vehicle. I could not be happier with the service.Services: Auto interior vacuuming

Eric was excellent to work with for my 2022 Toyota Tundra. I was rear ended with minor bumper and rear sensor damage . My truck looked brand new when I picked it up. It had the look, clean feel, and smell like new!Luther's worked well with the other car owner's insurance to get it repaired. No cost to me. Just a car fax incident....

Very pleased with my experience with Luther Collision and Glass! Unfortunately my parked car was hit by a drunk driver and had substantial damage. Every employee I talked to were kind and answered all my questions. I believe Ryon went above and beyond to find a back ordered part so I could get my car back sooner. I recommend this business!

Thoroughly disappointed. Despite numerous request by my insurance agent, the Luther representative assigned to my vehicle refused to submit paperwork that was missing information. The Luther employee even called me to ask if I’d heard anything from my insurance agent despite that he’d been directed to please resubmit the paperwork. He told me he’d already done the paperwork and he wasn’t going to do it again then went on to complain that my car was totaled and was taking up space in their lot. In the meantime, I paid for a rental car because I thought my car was going to be fixed. I wish I’d known sooner rather than 4 weeks later my car was totaled so I could’ve started looking for a new car instead of wasting my money on a rental.

I highly recommend Luther Collision & Glass in Bloomington. We had a very complicated situation in which two people damaged our car within months of each other. The first incident was a mild scratch and the other driver’s insurance lead us to Luther. They provided responsive customer service and clear expectations about the date of the inspection and the subsequent appointment for the repair. While we were awaiting the appointment, the car was severely damaged in a hit and run by a driver under the influence. I honestly didn’t know if it would be considered totaled or not at that point. Luther let us tow the car to their location to await the standing appointment so we didn’t have to worry about where to store it since we only have street parking. They were able to complete all of the combined work, billing the repair from the second incident to our insurance because unfortunately no one was held responsible for the hit and run we reported. The car is like new. Not only did they fix the damage but cleaned and aligned the car and improved upon the state it was left in by another shop that had done a subpar job from a previous service. I did have to check in on the status a couple of times but they always returned my call or answered outright and gave me an updated estimate of the time it would take. Thank you for helping us out of a stressful situation and doing such a lovely job that was well worth the deductible.

Today was my first appointment at the Burnsville location since buying my car here. It went seem less thanks to advisor Mike! Oil change and tire rotation. I also had Lance coordinate a small door ding repair at this same appointment, Thanks to Scott who did the repair it looks brand new again! I love my Santa Fe 2021! I have used Luther Collision and Glass Bloomington twice now and have been satisfied both times.First time I was rear ended in the parking lot and they worked with the person's insurance with no issues. They kept me up to speed regarding the extent of the damage and how long it would take to be fixed. Once they had fixed the car, the interior was detailed and the rear bumper looked brand new! Very satisfied with this experience.Second time I had a cracked windshield and they were able to replace it at my work place. Shane came out to replace it. Shane is super professional and friendly. He kept me up to speed on the process and how to take care of it after he was finished. He is the most respectful and informative employee I've ever encountered regarding remote work on my car.Overall, Luther Collision and Glass Bloomington will always be my go to regarding bodywork or glass replacements.Services: Body & Trim
