I am floored by the level of kindness and service at this location. I originally had an apt with Belzers for a recall, they were so rude on the phone with me, and couldn’t see me until October. I decided enough was enough with them and called Luther Kia Bloomington. Not only did they get my recall handled a month sooner, but they took me home through Lyft and back again through Lyft when my car was done. The people who work here go above and beyond and truly make you feel like they care. When I have service at Belzers, they will only take you home, they won’t get you back… which makes no sense, they have your car so how are you getting back? Luther Kia Bloomington has me coming back for sure, I’m just so dang impressed!!!

Best car purchase experience I’ve ever had. Cheri B. Was our sales representative and she was nothing short of amazing. Great personality, did not rush us or push to purchase. Was able to connect to us personally and reassured us everything will work out when we didn’t get the answers we wanted. Interacted with our 3 kids (7 and under) which helped while we filled out paperwork. Extremely happy with the experience, would recommend Cheri over and over again and will keep coming back as long as she works there!

Luther Kia is amazing! I went there in a crisis with my car, and they went above and beyond to assure me that everything will be ok. Shout out to Adam and his crew. Adam was very empathetic and thorough. I had 100% peace of mind driving out of the lot. I highly recommend them. I saw multiple customers being taken care of with kindness and compassion while I was waiting. When I was being taken care of, I felt like I was the only customer in the shop. The attention given to me was so genuine. Not like any customer experience I have had.

This dealership is very honest and works their hardest to satisfy their customers! I bought a kia from Kia of Mankato and it was the worst experience I have ever had. I brought my car here for the warranty work and they treated me with nothing but respect and sooooo friendly. I will be buying my next car from them as well as telling everyone I know how awesome they are! They didn't have to fix what another dealership did but they did it anyway...

While I did not buy a car from Caleb Black due only to a color choice, he was one of the most helpful, straight forward, enthusiastic, and responsive sales person I have worked with (and I have bought a lot of cars)! Kia Bloomington will be on my list of first calls when I am looking for my next vehicle. My MIL just bought a Kia Soul in 2023 from Kia Bloomington and she also had a great experience.

Let me tell you that Kia Luther of Bloomington does not have your best interest at heart. I brought my vehicle in for service that I purchased in 2019 with the extended warranty since it was certified pre owned. It has 113K miles on it, with a misfire code and runs very rough. Was told it should be covered under the updated 15y/1 million mile warranty on the 2.4L 2016 sorento engines. WEEKS later - in fact 6 weeks later - I checked in on the vehicle status and I was told, I need a new engine and it would in fact NOT be covered and i would need to pay out of pocket almost $6K - that is more than the trade in value for the vehicle in good condition. I called in and talked to Cheri who seemed to be the only helpful person who took the time to explain the issue. But still told me i have a week to pickup the car, even though i was going to attempt to contact Kia customer service myself regarding the warranty - I also went into the sales department to see if there was anything they could do to help me, or if i could trade in the vehicle to help offset this huge cost and was told to pay the $200 for them to diagnose the vehicle and there was nothing they could do for me and that I needed to get the vehicle off their lot. Will not be purchasing or recommending Luther to anyone.

Not only is she professional, she is pressure free, authentic and just wants to provide you with the best customer service every time.
This is our 3rd experience with Melissa and we are so glad she’s always there to help.
Teamed up with Christian Proetz, in Finance, it was an all around best experience yet.
He’s funny and puts you at ease with the stress that can be caused by purchasing a vehicle, especially financially.

Make sure they pay off your trade in! They held payment for long enough to accrue more interest and then refused to pay off the new balance.
Salesman knew nothing about their EV lineup, truly couldn’t answer basic questions, and couldn’t manage to find me anyone who could answer my questions after a test drive. Happy with my car, but would never do business with this dealership again.
