I bought my Jeep Wrangler at this dealership because it had the options used I wanted. I bought a extended service plan, I needed service on my Jeep and wanted to take it to them where I bought it and had a good service with the sale. I have been loyal and bought my other Jeep at a Ford dealership before and they always took care of me for all service for even any warranty issues regardless that it was a Jeep or not. I made an appointment and waited a month an a half to get in have this Luther Dealership to tell me I should go to a Jeep dealer and they couldn't help me and even if they would it would have to go to a Jeep dealer anyway and it would take forever Making up excuses not to get my service done there. I am a super loyal person for service and you guys won't ever get my money again. Go somewhere else.

Went in for a few recalls to get serviced. Service was good. But the 5-7 emails, calls, texts, and voicemails asking how things went is quite invasive and too far.

I've had multiple experiences here and both were terrible! I tried to purchase a car and they were incredibly rude, so rude in fact I went to Burnsville Hyundai and purchased my car. I've had multiple bad service encounters as well as when it was time to return my car they were rude again yelling at us because we didn't make an appointment. Literally horrible! Do not purchase a car here go to the Burnsville store much better!

Poor communication from start to finish. They don't even look up at you when you walk through the door. Phone calls go unreturned, text messages unanswered. Staff gave conflicting answers to my questions. They made me pay to fix things that they broke while they had the car. They returned the car dirty and out of gas after 16 weeks.

As I write this I'm actually still surprised that I need to. I went in having an issue with one tire which led to needing all 4 replaced. Staff was kind, but pricing was sky high and the tires weren't in stock, I was in on a Friday. I was told the tires would be in come Monday that week. I never. Heard back. I should add in i had warranty on the issue tire as well, I had the same tire repaired here 2 times before. Leading up to this date I had been needing to fill air in the issue tire for 2 weeks waiting for this appointment just to have to await til Monday. I can understand this, but then never getting a call back Monday or. Ever, truly shocked me. I had to purchase 4 new tires elsewhere. Unfortunately that will be the last I go to this location.

I used to get decent service here after buying a new car a few years ago. Ever since they stopped offering free pickup and drop off service, it’s been god awful. They CANNOT get you out for an oil change in less than 2 hours. The last dozen or so times have been horrendously long waits and now due to construction, they don’t even have a decent place for you to sit these long waits.Make sure you have NOTHING to do after your appointment because it will take double whatever they tell you. At least.

Bloomington Hyundai has consistently disappointed me with their service. On my last two visits, they failed to address my car issues adequately. During one visit, they improperly reattached the under panel, forcing me to return just before closing time to have it properly fixed, and they had to compensate with a free oil change. On another occasion, I brought my car in for lights and sensor issues, only to have the problem reoccur shortly after leaving the dealership. Throughout this experience, the manager, Kiland Lindberg, treated me poorly, as if I couldn't afford anything despite having purchased a $65,000 car. My overall satisfaction with the service at this dealership is extremely low.

Hyundai of Bloomington or Genesis of Minneapolis whatever this shady place wants to call themselves. They will charge you twice for a repair that they didn't get right in the first place.... frickin scam.

My Tucson was fixed. The radio amp went out. So the radio still in tact. Luther is stretching customer relationships :not having a larger fleet of loanersLeasing customers should not have to scrambleTo find a way home or work when repairs are factory issues Prepare customers that it is under construction Many people get upset when they see drop off conditions. The showroom pretty much demolishedLack of wait appointmentsShortage of staffYour advisors take the heat literally and have their hands tiedAt present your mission statement far from services available I have no idea how they will manage once the cold sets in

Sales process was fine and pricing is competitive with places in the area.DO NOT opt into their paint film protection. It is incredibly over priced compared to other shops in the area and an absolute rip off.

Getting a new car is always a life changing decision.My current Murano four years old. We took a drive through Hyundai lot Sunday and looked at a couple Tucsons. Beautiful mid size SUV. Monday I went in with all that I needed to get a new car. Andy in sales was in the #1 seat as you enter. A welcoming hello and friendly smile to which I replied. He immediately started to assist us. and brought up the car I thought I would purchase. We drove it I had a price in mind. I came back from the test drive deciding to upgrade to the Tucson Limited and low and behold she was setting on the show floor. Smokey gray and black interior. The moment I sat in that car I knew I had arrived. There is no greater thrill than seeing them drive your purchase off the show floor.He worked with me on my trade, the cost to purchase or lease and my decision to lease put me in a luxury car for a great saving from my current car note .The dealership has an aura that is peaceful but busy, impeccably clean, sales desks right in front and sales that hold your hand through the process I was treated like a guest and felt we were well taken care of.From sales to management to finance (Luke) I breezed through the process and Andy took precious time to explain the technology of my SUV. My first Hyundai and a perfect experience when you are investing so much. Thank you all who helped us, the crew who detailed my car for drive off. and Andy in sales. .My SUV is beautiful. Thank you!
