While on a trip in back in October, I was visiting Mall of America and I’ve always been interested in the couches this company offers and there isn’t a showroom near me So I thought I would check out the physical store before deciding this was the couch I wanted to go with when I purchase a house. I literally took two steps into the store before the employees looked me up and down and gave me a dirty look as if I was a teenager coming to lounge around and bother them or like I Didn’t have enough money or something. Meanwhile, I am a 24-year-old woman from Canada who just wanted to know if this couch was All it was hyped up to be online and if it was worth the exchange rate before I custom order one when I purchase a home ….This location needs some less judgey staff because I felt more judged going into a furniture store as a woman then I did going into Hollister/abercromie as a chubby girl back in the day..

Seriously the best experience buying a couch ever. No hassling and no crazy person following you!! Tyler was the one who helped us and he did such a great job. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. He even went out of his way to how hot the heated blanket gets. He never made us feel pressured into buying anything. He was so patient with my 1,000+ questions and never seemed annoyed. Highly recommend shopping in store.

The process of picking out a Lovesac sectional configuration and placing an order felt smooth and easy, without any pressure to buy. I ended up placing two separate orders. There was an issue with my second order and the folks here gladly helped get it back on track and delivered without much delay. The sectionals are well made, easy to set up, and actually made my space feel more open but with more seating space! I'll definitely be back to purchase more components to my sectional over time.

We love our Lovesac sactional with SoundTech. Best purchase we made for the new house. Just bought more pieces to expand it and be able to modify it. The staff at MOA and Southdale have always been great at helping us think about many different ways we can configure and make the best use of it. I have also removed and washed the covers many times already. We have a puppy and people who spill a lot. They wash perfectly, come out looking brand new.

The staff here are hreat and helpful. Jeremyand hus crew are the only reason I did not return my Lovesa. They took the time to help me fix any issue that I came across. I can't say tge same for lovesac's costumer services line, who only gave me the option of a return and refund, in two to three weeks. So if go into the store, if you don't have a local store, stay away from Lovesac

We were visiting Mall of America for vacation. We were mostly there for the entertainment factor but ventured into some of the stores. I had a lovesac many years ago in college. We unfortunately had to sell it when we made a major move from Missouri to Alaska.We knew there were couches now made by the company but this was our first look at them. The first day we were there the employee, Majia, was very informative and helpful. We took some info from him and talked more at the hotel that night. The next day we made it a priority to return with our new questions. Majia was not working but we had a great interaction with Victoria. We have since returned home, done some measuring, and are planning to order very soon.

My husband and I went into a store in the mall just to kill time and fell in love with the whole idea of LoveSac. The manager who helped us (Jeremy) was so welcoming - encouraged us to put our feet up and try rearranging the sectional pieces. He wasn’t pushy at all! A few weeks later we called Jeremy to place our order over the phone and he made the process so easy. He made us feel super comfortable that we were getting exactly what we wanted. The next day we got our shipping details and the entire order was delivered the following day! We haven’t put it together yet but I’m confident that LoveSac will be just as accommodating to any questions we might bump into during that process.

Came by to look at swatches and purchase a cover today, walked by at 6:40 and nobody was there, doors were closed and locked. Came back at 7:00 and there was an employee inside having a conversation on their cell phone and was clearly upset so we gave them another 25 minutes and came back at 7:25. Doors were still closed and the employee was actively avoiding eye contact with us and still on their phone, so we gave up. I’m very disappointed, this was our preferred location but we will not be returning.

This was possibly the smoothest furniture shopping experience I've ever had. Rowan, my sales associate, was knowledgeable and helpful, and with her assistance I had my sectional configured and ordered in a matter of minutes.I also appreciate the social distancing measures the store implemented. I don't know if it was just for the Thanksgiving weekend but limiting the number of customers to the number of available staff was an excellent idea. Kudos to whoever thought of that.

Terrible service. Do not go here. I sat down on the seat to test out the product and the staff looked at how young I was (college student) and assumed I couldn't afford the furniture based on my age. A staff member was glaring at me and they told us we only had 2 minutes left in the store because they were busy (even though we were the only people in the store. This store needs better staff!!!!As a marketing major, this is definitely not how the staff should sell their product. They did not exhibit good customer service skills nor try to build a customer relationship with me. Do not support this business at MOA.
