I thought this was a great place for crystals but I found out tonight that they are not I brought in a stone I wanted to get done so I could were around my neck and have them a design to see if they could do it when I returned it was nothing like I asked for and I shouldn’t paid for it I wasn’t happy from first seeing it I walked out the store and immediately turned around and asked if they could just exchange for basket because I felt like they didn’t listen and just threw something together, I purchased multiple items from but I will never buy anything else they made me feel like I wasn’t a valued customer and I have a feeling why but I’ll leave that to myself so basically I just wasted my time and money THATS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL BUT SINCE IM NOT FROM HERE THEY DONT CARE AND WHEN YOU KEEP SAYING YOUR TRYING TO HELP THATS NOT REALLY HELPING THEY ACTUALLY HURT MY FEELING BAD .THE MONEY MEANS NOTHING, MY FEELINGS MEAN EVERYTHING.update after Reading some of the review it seems they treat people that are not caucasian different and that’s bad.update and the double charged my card.another updated: so I called when they opened today and got the owner she said she would look into it and then I received a refund I don’t think she know or reads google reviews glad I got a refund however she need me to read the google reviews because she would change the atmosphere there most companies respond to bad reviews I hope it gets better because I like that store before the incident but not the workers except the to guys that worked there they were cool a business should never let a client leave upset and their feelings hurt over such a little amount of money reputation is everything money is not, Shelley the owner seems nice and respectful and reasonable and offered to fix everything but I can’t return once my feeling are hurt so in the future try to get in contact with her if you have an issue

This place is a major red flag if you are trying to buy ethically sourced crystals.
The person working said they don’t know the locality of 90% of the stones they have, super disappointed because I prefer to buy ethically sourced crystals and they had some super cool stuff.

This store is wonderful. Full of your eclectic needs and beads! The staff was friendly and full of knowledge. I'll definitely come back next time I'm at the mall.

Don't come to this store unless you'd like to be treated like a shoplifter. Maybe it's because of their own useless system (you have to price check everything yourself) that they can't keep track of their own stock, and a lack of security system that enables the staff to view every person in this store as a thief. Whole store is very cramped and over priced. I am alternative looking and was followed around the store and aggressively told I had to hold a basket despite not being sure I even wanted to buy anything. Everything was unreasonably priced and a lot of the items felt and looked fake. I do not recommend coming here if you're not looking to be harassed.

If you want jewelry altered or repaired, this is the place to go. Very lovely people and good customer service. It's clear the people working here love their job. You'll find specific types of pieces you won't find elsewhere.

At that time, I was on the second floor. My friend wanted to recommend this store for me to check out, and while taking photos inside the store, they were arrogantly stopped by their staff. They were told that if they take photos, they could only do so outside. Now, seeing many people sharing photos of the store here, I realize that we must have been treated differently. We are Asian, of course we would take photos to copy these fancy jewellery.

i went in here about a week ago, just now decided to write a review. i had been in there maybe two other times, and was profiled both times (i dress fairly alternatively) and was accused of shoplifting the first time i had ever gone in there. this past time i was verbally berated and belittled by the cashier for not knowing about their “system” (no one explained it to me). berated again for not being a member of the rewards program, and to top it all off- the cashier decided to make a very snarky and inappropriate comment about the scars on my arms, asking what they were with a sneer on her face. when i finally checked out a staff member stopped me and asked to check my bag. i will never come back to the absolute hell scape of a store. horrible customer service (not to mention fake crystals). don’t waste your money or time here.
