Love the Galleria and this store has some amazing hand cream that really works in our cold winter! The customer service is amazing!

The store is great but on-line customer service is awful. I will never order on-line again. My order got lost and they said it was returned. So I am getting a refund in three weeks? I had a couple Xmas presents in that order and the rep didn’t care. What a disappointment.

Stopped in looking for a gift and felt a little overwhelmed with all the possibilities. However, the lady was very helpful and told me a bit about the company and answered all my questions on the different products. Overall, good customer service and I liked the products!
