So my girlfriend and I were at Lindt chocolate shop at the mall of America at 12:50 pm on Monday September 16th. We are visiting and really excited as we rarely ever see any shops like these. The woman in the photo was immediately off-putting. She was nice enough to inform us they have free samples. However, my gf asked her what the flavors were again as she was soft spoken, and then I didn’t hear either of them so I asked this woman, WHOS JOB IT IS TO LET US KNOW, what flavor it was. She responded by looking at me stupid and then gestured by pointing to my gf to inform me what they had? Like ma’am, that’s not her job, it’s yours. If you hate your job, then quit?

Dietary restrictions: They do have some truffles and other chocolates with nuts, but they now have non dairy options.

Staff is very rude. I had a bag full of chocolates and took them to the register to pay. Her greeting? "What are you trying to do here?" UMMM - buy some chocolates. Much better ways to greet and converse with a customer. I won't be back. Others in the store weren't much better. May need some customer service training. Otherwise I would have been back as a repeat customer as the chocolates are excellent.
