Horrible service, rude and condescending sales manager, worked for a few days on a deal and last minute they say they have someone else coming in and won't take a deposit or do a delivery 3 hours away. The sales manager was very rude and talked down to us saying he was right and we are wrong and refused to hold the car for any amount of money. Very misleading group of people and really don't care about customers

Had a super great experience at this dealership, as I do every time! Donnie helped me purchase my car with ease and in a timely manner. Also John is a great mechanic who knows his stuff!

Olivia answered every question that I had. Working through the available options compared to what my wife and I were looking for took time and effort, and anything she wasn't sure about got fact checked with her team. She was pleasant throughout, and I recommend that anyone looking to change vehicles give her a call!

I bought a new Jeep Wrangler from these guys 10 years ago, that included a lifetime warranty for everything except brakes, tires and fluids.
My 2013 Sahara Wrangler has intermittent electrical problems and breaks down on the road while driving, 3 times over 2 years I brought my Jeep in for the same problem to this dealership. They claimed to have fixed it every time. The “fixes” they did was replace the throttle body, replace the vacuum pump (covered by warranty) and charge me $150 for diagnosis twice.
This Jeep dealership has charged me 3 times for diagnosing and fixing the vehicle, however they have ignored the actual problem, which is most likely covered by warranty. That means I’ve spent $2k dollars fixing everything but the electrical issue. I’m a mechanic myself and could easily fix the problem, but I have work and life meaning I’m too busy to fix it myself. Why should I fix it myself if it is covered by warranty?
The Jeep wrangler I have has been insanely reliable and great in the winter’s. Only when the electrical issue came up 2 years ago, have I not been able to trust it for long drives and roadtrips.
I took my Jeep in this past week, same problem came back; limp mode, no throttle response and lurching when in gear also a traction control light comes on.
They deny warranty work and lie to the customers, saying they couldn’t find the problem or they were able to fix it, which they don’t.
I have a rear caliper mounting bracket that is damaged and gets stuck, leading to my rotors and pads only lasting around 6 months. I explained that it’s sticking and I need a new bracket (covered by warranty) the rotor has large grooves and lines cut deep from sticking, when I informed the dealership I need a new one per warranty, they claimed that it’s working correctly and not broken refusing to honor their own warranty.
I have a strong feeling there is a problem with management and leadership, meaning the service advisors are purposefully denying warranty service to make extra money from customers. Charging people for things that are under warranty and refusing to report problems and broken parts.

This dealership was awesome. All of the employees were so kind, and I liked that it really didn't take that long to buy my Grand Cherokee.

Their attitude is take it or leave it , This was the used car managers words to me, take it or leave it ….. I chose to leave it…. After reading the reply, I know No, whoever wrote it is a liar or was misinformed one of the two The words came out of your mouth, take it or leave it… I I did ask if he can lower the price by $400 and they said no take it or leave it. This is our price again. I chose to leave it and write this review.
