I've recently developed in size thanks to new medication with lousy side effects. So my first trip shopping in Lane Bryant was not something I was looking forward to. The staff at MOA were very helpful. I had to find a top to wear for NYE. She suggested a silky, green strapppy cami because I always overheat. It was something that I normally wouldn't wear, but in these days of body positivity, I gave it a shot.I don't know if it was too much - nobody said anything about it and I just felt really exposed. But I'll bring these issues to therapy...now back to Lane Bryant.They seem to have a nice selection of items between casual and dressy and even some really beautiful coats. They had Cacique for lingerie, and staff tried to find a bra for the tank, with no luck. I went to Soma on their recommendation. Overall, I'll definitely give LB another try - thanks to the excellent staff for making my first trip so easy.

Went to this location. After losing 100lbs I had no idea what size I was in pants or bras and this is what i was shopping for. I tried on some pants. Found a pair I liked, but wanted a different color. I explained to associate that I liked these pants, but when I try them on in same size different color they didn't fit. She just said, I dunno, all pants fit different and walked away. There was nobody in the store except me and 3 associates. They were all at the counter most of the time chatting. There was no welcoming me into the store or can I help you find anything....nothing. I put the pants back and left frustrated. Just wanted help, and for the first time in a long time I was excited to shop after my weight loss.

Lane Bryant was my go to store each and everytime i would come to the MOA from the first day the doors opened. I can say it was always so warm and inviting and definitely had items for the med 30s and up, very beautiful items. I had not been there in a while and felt like treating myself to some nice pieces. Unfortunately just walking in the store felt cold and uninviting. There were only 3 others in there and yet i felt i did everything outside of flips and jumping jacks trying to get someone's attention. It definitely has changed.

The Lane Bryant at The Mall Of America is such a good store. They always have fun, fashionable clothing and it seems like their inventory turns over weekly. I would advise shoppers when visiting to buy items they like immediately because the clothing sells fast! You know the old saying, 'You snooze, you lose?' Well, get to it girls!?The staff is so helpful, polite and kind. Everyone in the store has a great sense of fashion too. They are all world-class employees with a keen eye for what works for each person and they really put effort into ensuring you leave the store with items that will make you feel confident and good about yourself.I am surprised their are not lines of people camped outside of the store every day waiting for it (the store) to open and reveal the latest cute clothes!Excellent job ladies!

Attentive staff! Picked out a dress that looked great on me. Better selection here than in one of the other stores in the Twin Cities Metro area.
