So fast and efficient!! I had to walk-in for some routine blood testing/lab work for my employer and was initially worried about the wait, but I maybe sat for 2 minutes and they called me in! (I walked in around 11/11:30am. I wanted to book an appointment originally, but they were booked for appointments about 6 weeks in advance for both locations.) I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! Highly recommend!

One the worst ran businesses I have ever seen. Lady answered the door told me I didn't have an appointment (I did in fact have one I confirmed it earlier). Extremely rude to other people waiting as well, of which she also turned down as well without an explanation.

Useless. Impossible to get in touch with a live human being prior to your appointment. Website doesn't provide full details for paperwork they expect for tests. Wasted weekend waiting for an appointment and an afternoon thanks to their pathetic lack of communication. Avoid in all cases.

Change your close time on google. It says you close at 4 and I show up to a locked door and a sign that says you close at 3:30. 40 minutes of my day wasted

I was super nervous about coming here because of the reviews but the experience mom and I had here was amazing. We saw they accept walk ins so we came 3 hours to go here, we got checked in with the kiosk super quick and easy! I had a question and the lady at the front helped me out! We went in, got a drug test and some lab work, in and out and with friendly service. I’m very happy with this place!

Scheduled drug test. Made my appointment the night before on their website. Checked in for my appointment 15 minutes early from my phone while waiting in the parking lot. 1 minute later I received a text to head inside. Very quick process and I was in & out in about 5 minutes. I was on my way back home before my scheduled appointment time. Efficient!

I just had a superb experience at Labcorp! My doctor wanted me to get blood work done as soon as possible, so I went to Labcorp as a walk-in. Check in was a breeze with the automated kiosk that took an image of my ID and health insurance card eliminating the need for manual data entry. The staff was efficient and pleasant and went the extra mile to contact my physician to clarify the tests being ordered. They also came out to the waiting area to let me know that they would be able to get me in shortly. I believe my total wait time was about 7 minutes! Once inside, the phlebotomist was efficient and skilled (even though my tests required about 15 tubes!) providing a pain-free experience. I can confidently recommend this Labcorp location - even for walk-ins (but get an appointment online if you can, because the patients with appointments barely had time to sit down in the waiting area before being called in for their tests!).

Some of the other reviews made me a bit nervous, but I didn't have any reason to be. I checked in at the kiosk which was pretty painless and straightforward. Within 3 minutes of checking in, she called me back and did my blood draw. I was in there for less than 10 minutes total. Super painless and the lady that helped me was friendly. I went around 9 AM on a Wednesday.

I had an appointment for routine blood work on a Friday afternoon. I arrived about 15 minutes early and was finished and out the door before my actual appointment time. The employee who assisted me was friendly and professional.

Just got here at 11:36 AM the door is locked and it says we are at lunch. The hours are supposed to be 12 PM to 12:30 PM for lunch. It took me 30 minutes to get here now I'm gonna have to wait 45 minutes in my car???? Three customers plus the UPS guy just got locked out haha.

Usually am able to get in and out for basic labs. Today, arrived 20 min before they close go lunch break. They were already closed! I'm not opposed to them taking a lunch break but they should abide by posted times.

Perfect location I haven't had any problems out of Bloomington those who have given them 3 or less need to be ashamed of themselves. Now Roseville is the worst so keep rocking it Bloomington

1. Bloomington location is the number one location 2. The staff is friendly professional 3. The type I care I received was caring compassionate I felt like family when they did my drug test. 4.i had a employment drug test done. So they deserve all five stars
