Horrible communication. Non existent service. Called at least 25 times over a period of 10 months to extend our service contract on our 3320i. No one answers the phone and no one returns calls. I now own a useless Printer/Copier that isn't even 2 years old.

Horrible service, horrible technology. Gave us old equipment that broke constantly and took forever to have service techs come out for repair. We finally cancelled January 21st, 2019 via email and written notice. 5 months later we are still be charged over $100/month and having to dispute every transaction. Our credit card company has even called on our behalf and have gotten nowhere. Poor business, poor ethics. I have emails that support everything.
