I stopped by to look for a ring to wear while on vacation — I didn’t to chance anything with my actual wedding ring while on a cruise. The guys working asked if there was anything in particular I was looking for, I told them the stitch, they asked if I knew my ring size, and about 30 seconds later I had the perfect ring! Everything was fast and painless, with zero pressure. Price was exactly in the range if what I was looking for. Overall fantastic experience!

Came in today workin with a $100 budget.. I forgot who helped me, but the dude was super helpful and I left with a silver chain that I’m very happy with! Definitely coming back, they have deals for any budget. Definitely recommend their diamond cut silver chains, superb

I went to visit from Kansas City mo , I’m a woman who loves jewelry and real pieces at that . These 2 men was so kind to me and so pleasant to me the whole time I was in there . We even laughed and joked together , they were quick to give opinions and feedback about questions I asked . Prices were definitely reasonable s I even got a buy one get one free and my jewelry was real . I am very pleased with them . Can’t wait to visits again !

Purchase a stainless steel rope chain a little under 2 weeks ago. I wore it a total of 2 times and it became tangled. I brought it up there to see if they could help me fix it and the woman which I assume was the manager was bothered by me right away. Definitely made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her. She couldn't figure it out so I asked if I could just exchange it for a new one and was also looking to purchase another one that was longer and she said not without the receipt and that she didn't know if it was purchased there. Mind you it was identical to the ones she had on display. I told her I have the receipt at home and that I just purchased this and the tungsten ring I was wearing from them. She said she couldnt believe peoples word which I get but her attitude and demeanor was very abrasive and unprofessional. I came home and found the receipt but after that experience I'll chalk my loss up and won't ever go back. Stay away from this place!

Rich and his team went above and beyond for me while I was trying to get a wedding gift made for my brothers. I was struggling trying to get a picture piece made and most places around the mall were offering very little to no help or trying to charge me more than what was originally quoted. I’m beyond satisfied with the service I received today. Oh and my brothers were blown away when I gave them their pieces!

I bought a tennis bracelet, a gold chain, and a pink heart shaped diamond plated in gold about a year ago. I called in and asked if I could get proof of my purchase for an upcoming deadline I have. I was greeted with an attitude from the manager who claimed that I wouldn't be able to be helped with that. She is claiming to me that even though I purchased with a card, I still wouldn’t be able to get that transaction printed out. I asked if there was any way that I could speak to someone over her head and she blew me off. I don’t appreciate the fact that she gave me no reciprocation, and I got off the phone feeling very unaccomplished. I feel as though I wasn’t helped for other reasons as well. I just wanted my transaction history. That’s all.

My fiance and I were looking for a silver necklace and they had plenty to look at and were very friendly to work with very good customer service. How ever unfortunately I did not check it at the store, my receipt said I bought a silver necklace for $65 and it was 50% off so it was $35 a great price. It ended up to be silver plate SI not Sterling Siver SU. It is barely worth the $35 I paid. Update: I stopped at a jewelry store and found out that it was stamped 925 for Sterling silver it is a FAKE.

I went in this evening specifically asking for nothing less than a 14K yellow gold necklace. The sales lady stated most items sold in the shop are 10K gold. However, she did state there were a few items of 14K and proceeded to show me the trays clearly labeled “14k”. I tried it on and took her word for it. Tsk tsk...PEOPLE CHECK THE STAMP!! I gave Impulse two stars to give the sales lady the benefit of the doubt in case by error they put the 10K in a 14K tray; as I’m going in first thing tomorrow am to return and exchange for a 14K Yellow gold necklace I initially asked for.
