Normally, I merely stop here to purchase gas, but yesterday, July 26, I had a craving for coffee. It was out when I went right to purchase some hazelnut coffee creamer. The creamer was out, I informed the worker, "her response it's out until Monday." I don't like that she went with the "half and half" instead of simply assessing her attitude. It seems like the staff at this gas station needs to receive customer service training.

3:30 in the afternoon the lady working is resting her upper body on the counter. My wife asks for a key to the restroom. The lady says, "it's on the wall." Not pointing or showing where. Well I'm thinking, "can't you get your lazy body off the counter to at least point where it is so we don't have to feel stupid walking around trying to figure out where to look??? Why is it so hard for workers to have any sense of professionalism these days??

I've only been here a few times, filling up my rental at the end of the work trips. The customer service is always good to me, especially a gentleman named Trey. To make this even better, when I buy lottery tickets and Trey is my cashier, I always win! Thanks Trey!!

I was here today 12/2/2023 getting gas at 6:28 pm. And a guy was trying to get gas but the pump wasn’t working a lady came over the intercom and stated it didn’t work and he needed to move pumps. He didn’t hear her. She went over the intercom again extremely rude and disrespectfuly yelled at the guy about the pump not working. He was upset as anyone would be and speed off. Avoid this place

Walked up to the door at 9:15pm this evening and it was locked. Sign on the door said open till 10 pm. I am beyond irritated as I have a 2 hour drive ahead of me and just wanted to use the bathroom. Very disappointed.

Went ther at 945 tonight, Sunday April 23 after the Wild game, pit some gas In and went to go inside..it was locked..looked at my phone and it was 944..looked at the sign..said they were open till 10pm. Walked over to the window and showed them the time..the guy and gal motioned thay they were closed. I showed them the sign and the time again and the young man came to the exit door and opened it a little and said they were closed ..then pretended he didn't understand English when I told him it said they were open till 10.

This Holiday Stationstore is nice it is in Bloomington MN on the east side but it is unsafe due to it being right next to Richfield MN but the staff are nice and sometimes they give me free donuts!

There are better gas stations in the area I would avoid this one if possible. Their car washes low quality in their customer service is sub-par. Employee was obviously high on marijuana. And rudely responded to my request for the bathroom key with “you gotta buy something” even though I just got done using their faulty car wash. Kwik Trip is far better.
