I had a f frightening experience at the holiday car wash today my car went over some faulty track . The mirror got scratched and I almost hit a pole. I couldn't get out of my car , I was stuck and although I was screaming and yelling and honking my horn for help. No one came to help, I had an anxiety attack. I'm claustrophobic it was horrible and then a nice patron finally helped me get out through the opposite side of the car. I was scared to take my foot off the break for fear that my car would continue to go forward and cause damage to the machine and my car.then a nice patron finally helped me get out through the opposite side of the car. I was scared to take my foot off the break for fear that my car would continue to go forward and cause more damage to the machine and my car. The worst part was holiday did not reimburse the car wash and made me pay for the tow truck that they called to get me out of the circumstance I was in, because was my car was at an angle in the machine and was stuck.The police came and although they were super supportive they told me they couldn't do anything besides lend support, because it was a civil matter not a police matter. Be wary of holiday car washes. This could happen to you too, this was at the Champlin store on Jefferson Court. It was one of the most stressful situations I've ever been in.

I’m a former employee at store 3826 owner Mia Lambert.. I’ve called numerous times no answer so I left voicemails and emails… She refused to pay me and sent and email putting me to b trespass and threatening to call the police on me if I came up there … I quit working for Mia because she’s difficult to work with even though she paid me $20/hr to be a Food Specialist do to my experience and certifications.. I was also told not to tell other employees about my pay which was ok with me.. but it’s still not worth her attitude and nagging… I simply just want my paycheck it’s going on a month now… can someone from corporate please fix this for me

Horrible company to work for. They don’t care about the well-being of ANY of their employees. They’ll look at you & treat you like you’re easily expendable, & they’ll fire you for physically protecting yourself.

Is there a reason you’re coffee prices for a 20oz cup of coffee (holiday refill cup) are different in every store I go into?I understand your prices going up, but when you hit the icon that says fill it up (the cup) and it only fills to about the 2/3rds point and then you pay a $1.70 for it is a joke. You’re once great stores are starting to slip badly.

I'm shocked this place is still around. They are without a doubt the worst gas stations in the upper midwest. Ours here in town has half its shelves empty most of the time. Their gas prices were almost 30 cents higher then everyone else AR one point. The staff are always rude, always. The place is never clean and the bathrooms looks like something you'd see in a truck stop in a horror movie.

There's a reason for so many negative ratings of Holiday. They have issues with customer service and it is the same from the corporate office. I won a 25 cent off a gallon coupon on their fuel runner game and when I cpuldn't redeem it because my credit card has to be scamned at the pump and the location wouldn't give cash back what does the corporate customer service rep do? sends me a couple 7 cent off coupons - which don't make up for the loss and I still wouldn't be able to use. Fuel business is competitive - Speedway and Kwik Trip right nearby and usually very good service. Thanks for (nothing) the coupons.

This is a joke of a company. They claim that they do not set the limits on their pumps yet they do. I already talked to my banks manager to make sure that it wasn't from my bank that it is 100% on holiday. The fact that the corporate office location has such a low Rating should show you exactly how garbage this company is

I will never work for holiday again. After working fulltime never calling in and covering a bunch of shifts I wrongfully get determinated for telling a new employee that commissary food can't be out long as it was for over an hour. And I was on til. And the stales and temps wernt done. Nothing was getting done. We kept getting line after line. And I asked her to help ring. She got an attitude. And whatever else. Then pushes the cart into me. Then I buzz her to help ring yet Again. Gets an attitude. Calls the manager. And I get sent home and terminated.

Pure incompetence. The franchise stores are horrible however they’re still above the corporate run dives. When you employees are afraid to open the stores in the mornings due to the fact they’re by themselves at 5 am in crime ridden areas then you lose business MF’s, a lot of business.

It's Monday, May 10th. I walk in and look at the pastry cabinet. There are three chocolate donuts. All have cracked chocolate coatings. I know they're stale and from last week. But they'll sell them anyway. I give them a pass.

All over Facebook how an employee accused a guy of counterfit of a 1934 $100 bill. Called police and police could not confirm counterfit and handed it back to guy. Employee has banned him from store also and many of us who seen this have decided to boycott all holidays. That store ahould apoligize. I screen shotted it also to post in more pages in my area.
