Great quiet location for visiting Minneapolis!
As per usual with most Hilton hotels, the beds are about as hard as 6 slabs of concrete stacked together.
Bathroom could have used a little attention to detail as far as cleaning goes.
The lobby was nice, and the restaurant was great!

Love the app check in and room key. Rooms were quiet. Pillows were hard, but I like a large very soft pillow.

This is a great Hilton. Staff are friendly. They have good food options at the bar as well as the chop house for steaks. Even an onsite Starbucks.
Food and drinks: The hotel bar has happy hour from 4 - 6.
Several wines and drinks are half off.

Room was not clean, paint peeling off of the ceiling. I had asked for a blanket and it arrived timely but it was disgusting. It was worn and appeared dirty. I called for room service to get coffee. I was told it would be easier for me to pick it up from the bar. I did so , the coffee pot was sitting on the bar, no staff so I picked it up and headed back to the elevator. I was stopped by the GM who pretty much accused me of stealing coffee. I explained I had called down for it. He was extremely rude and had me walk back to the bar and sign for it. Would never stay at this location again or recommend it.

When we arrived the lobby was bumping with people. Check in was easy (used the app). Room was nice and cozy but the pull out bed was horrible. Nice that the pool is open till the 11 so the kids could burn off some energy after being cooped up in the car all day.
3 stars for service because we requested additional pillows/blankets 3 times and ended up going down to the lobby to get them ourselves. Also, you have to pay for parking
Walkability: You can easily walk to MOA and there is an Outback Steakhouse right across the street

I was there after having a total hip replacement...at Tria Orthopedic Surgery. This is Parr of Tria's services. They have 7 surgical rooms, but there aren't rooms to stay afterwards. So, they have a great remedy...they have partnered up with the Hilton to have their patients stay overnight to recover. They have nurses on staff there to help with any issues.
We had 3 meals in our room....which were fabulous.
I can't say enough about Tria and The Hilton Hotel.
It was such a nice quiet stay. Better than any hospital stay.

Rooms seemed pretty good except for the dirty air filter. I understand it’s a Hilton but no need to charge $4 a bottle of warm water. Pool was small but ok and warmer than the nasty hot tub so it worked out I guess.

I had two rooms booked for today to check in with my two sisters and brother in law for a sibling trip. Yesterday I started to get a tiny sore throat and this morning felt a lot worse, I took a Covid test and it came out positive. Unfortunately we had to cancel our trip :(… I called the hotel and spoke to the front desk mannager Kathryn and she was kind enough to offer me a full refund and no cancellation penalties or fees. That helps out a ton because obviously getting Covid is out of my control. We plan to reschedule our trip for late September and will definitely choose this hotel again

It's was beautiful. Only complaint is the restaurant is closed from2-5!! We returned from an outdoor excursion hungry thirsty tired... And the restaurant is closed!! Very annoying to say the least—- now we are packing back up to find a restaurant.

Front desk people should really consider a career NOT in the hospitality industry. The woman who checked me in could not have been less pleasant; she was actually dismissive and rude. The woman who checked me out offered zero courtesy. So very UN-Hilton of them both. I won’t be back simply because of the rude women at the front desk.
