Hotel is very average at best. Bed and pillows are not great at all, place is dated, hallways are dirty, but it appears to be clean inside the room. Beware you pay for parking here and it isn’t cheap. I asked a front desk worker if guests got reimbursed since we are staying here and the person at the front desk gave me a nasty look and said “No you just pay” and turned away from me. As I walked away she called me crazy to her co-workers fairly loudly. It was a simple question since I have never paid for parking at a Hilton before. Will never come back to this location. Wish I was able to cancel my stay and go somewhere else after that interaction but I had already paid. Never have I experienced anything like this before at a hotel ever.

Hilton should be embarrassed to have their name on this property. Parking is an extra 12 bucks a day which is not disclosed on booking. The tv guide has no information making it useless. The food is sub-par. The HVAC return has so much dust it was growing a beard. There is just barely enough space between the food of the bed and the dresser to pull a standard wheeled carryon through. And to top it off, the surrounding town is a rathole.

The staff at this hotel was rude, and the rooms were small, old, and gross. They wouldn’t recommend any better options nearby that are newer or nicer.

Super easy to use as a shuttle service. Pay for the parking using the QR codes in the parking lot that is $10 a day and then check in and request a shuttle ride for the next morning. When you get back into the airport call hotel again and a shuttle comes and picks you up! Super clean nice rooms. Would definitely use again flying out of msp for the weekend thanks so much.

Clean rooms, but the hall carpeting old dirty beds were hard pillows worthless, but it was ok for just one night.

Such an excellent location if you want to have shuttle access to the MOA & Airport both of which give you access to the blue line light rail into and out of downtown MPLS with drop offs near US Bank Stadium & Target field.
Linda the shuttle driver was so sweet. Just the most upbeat, joy filled woman to have running people back and forth. She was the highlight of my stay.
Room was clean and comfortable as was the rest of the hotel.
