Very happy with Hatshark!! Ordered track and field team gifts for two years now. Easy to order, delivery is super quick, and quality is top notch. Good value for the money - they may not be the cheapest, but as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. I would much rather order from Hatshark and get it right and fast than take my chances with another company. Definitely recommend!

Great company to work with! You can actually talk to a live person when you need to. I've ordered from them twice now. The 2nd time I needed 6 engraved items, and they really really have gone above and beyond to make sure that I could get them in the short time frame that I gave them to produce them and and to make sure that everything was exactly as I wanted it. I could not recommend them more highly.really nice folks who you can reach on the phone or by email with ease . 10 out if 10 customer service!

Terrible service. Wrong item and wanted me to pay return shipping. The item I received was 20 dollars cheaper than what I ordered. Not even close to what I purchased. Totally different item.Avoid this business.

Hatshark nailed it with my order. The first item showed up in a timely manner but had gotten damaged in delivery. I called customer service, talked to real person, and have my replacement item in less thana week. Highly recommend Hatshark!

This was my first time ordering from Hat Shark. I cannot say enough GOOD things about this company. Everything was easy from beginning to end. It was so helpful calling & speaking to an actual person. All of my questions were answered. From the time I ordered to the I received all 15 T&F engraved batons, it was in less than a week. Our school logo was spot on. I will order from them again & I highly recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a personalized sushi board with chopsticks, and everything turned out great! There was one minor mistake, but they were so pleasant to work with and fixed what needed to be fixed without hesitation. I would definitely order again from them. I can’t wait to give my brother and his family the sushi board for their Christmas gift- they’re going to love it!

Had a problem with my order so I attempted to contact them by email. They finally responded to my 3rd email and then never responded again. I tried several more times and gave up after realizing that I was not going to getan answer.The problem was I ordered a zippo lighter and the design on it was only a cheap decal that was already peeling off before being used. I would of been happy exchanging it for another but I never got the chance to speak with someone.

Ordered a "personalized zippo lighter" on amazon. Loved it when it came. 4 days later all the letters that were personalized fell off. Wanted to return the item the seller had to approve the return. Never emailed me back. Contacted Amazon and they made sure the seller approved the return and sent a postage slip.to be mailed back so I could get my return. Unfortunately I have to PAY for postage so I'm going to be out $10 on a $30 lighter. Not even worth my time. Done waste yours. Read the Amazon reviews this company should be shut down. Terrible customer service and terrible products. Happy for you if you have ordered from them and got lucky with whatever you received. I wish I could give them no stars because I truly believe that's what they should get.
