I stopped in to check out the store originally because I liked the name of the place. I was greeted by CJ and he explained to me a little history of the store, how the clothes were made, the meaning of the store name, and the exclusivity of each shirt while be straight to the point. I was browsing for shirts and asked to try one on. CJ took one look at me and picked out my size immediately, extremely helpful and professional. The shirt quality and feel is amazing. The prices had me a little nervous, but if your looking for a literal one of a kind high quality shirt that is going to last the price is more than worth it. I can see myself wearing the shirt for years to come. Thank you Cam and CJ for the customer service!

Stopped in today to take a look around and CJ and Cam were great. They helped us when needed but weren’t hovering to pressure us into buying anything. Great quality, limited run clothing so the chances of showing up to work in the same shirt as Frank in accounting again are slim to none! Support your MN businesses!

The quality of clothes is pretty good which i guess can excuse the prices but the customer service is disgusting the way these women treat each other and customers is horrendous. The mean girls who peaked in high school work here. I suggest you find a male worker for a more professional shopping experience.

One more time HammerMade surpassed my expectations. As always , the quality of fabrics is outstanding. The design and details of the clothes are impressive. Lauren is AMAZING. She shared her passion for HammerMade and how proud she is about the product that she represents. She was helpful, professional, empathic and super sweet with us. As a returning customer, I share the same passion for this brand because they always have my back and make me feel great wearing their clothes. Also, the customer service that I always receive from them is a reason to be a returning customer. There is no day that I wear a HammerMade shirt and I don’t receive a positive comment about my clothes. My wife was at this location today. Customer Service was less than helpful and rude. When she asked the woman working the store today about the shirt materials and quality, the employee responded with a few words about shirt quality, stated nothing in the store was cheap with shirts costing $136, and turned her attention towards another customer. Sounds to me the staff at the store are trained by Corporate to judge a potential customer by a certain attire and don't waste time with people in differing attire.

Good shirts but terrible customer service at MOA store. The guy at counter was rude and unhelpful. I have been a long term customer of this brand but not planning to go to this store ever again .
