We got our sons first hair cut here and after reading all the comments I was a bit hesitant. But they did a really great job! Nothing special nothing fancy but they get the job done. They don’t talk to much they are not annoying you with any kind of conversation you don’t want to- so if you wanna have someone who is quick come here!
It’s 18 dollar for a kids haircut which is compare to other places pretty good!

Great place for a haircut! The stylists who work there are all great and I always request the talented Cindy, she is skilled, kind and expert at her work. Highly recommend.

Requested style: Its nothing about hair styling its more about the lack of professionalism of one of the hairstylers where she had obvious discrimination in dealing with customers of different colors

This Great Clips is the worst I’ve ever been to. The stylist does not listen at all. She cut my hair so quickly it was like I was bothering her. I showed her a picture of what I wanted the back to look like and she completely ignored it. I will never return to this location. I do not recommend it.

I won’t be back again. Joanna was in a big rush!!! Sides weren’t evenly cut. Went home and took a scissors to cut off a longer hank. must have taken fifteen minutes total

Been going here for about a year. It’s always the only location without a wait. I know why that is now. Half the haircuts I’ve gotten here have been terrible. My mistake going back after the first bad cut. I figured there’s no way they’re all that bad. Stylists seem in a rush for no apparent reason. After yet another bad cut I’m done. Not even an apology from the stylist as I’m expressing there was a mistake made. The stylist (cindy) just kept telling me I needed hair gel and quickly rushed me to the register. Hair gel doesn’t fix a bad cut. The stylists need to recognize when they’ve messed up and own up, perhaps think of a way to make amends. Truly an upsetting experience.
Had no clue you could completely just eliminate a part in someone’s hair, but this stylist successfully eliminated a part I’ve had for 30 years.

I came here to receive a haircut on Saturday. While I was waiting I over herd the elderly woman with a limp have an entire conversation about child abuse and children being beat. Completely unprofessional. Completely disgusting. What if another person here like myself was a child who has endured child abuse? I will never return.

A two part review. I went to another Great Clips Salon prior to this latest haircut. While i have used that specific stylist previously, this particular cut was less than stellar. I mentioned it but she really didn't do much to rectify it, or at least get it better.Based on that, I decided to not go back to that location, but instead try the Normandale Village location. I explained my experience and the stylist Raven was apologetic (though she wasn't responsible), saw the issue and agreed.Raven did a great job getting my cut consistent and frankly even better! Kudo's to Raven and I will be seeing her for my future cuts!

I bought a gift card from this location last year. I recently went to use my gift card, and surprise! There is zero dollars on it. I paid cash and didn't save my receipt, so of course there is nothing that can be done at this point. The staff is incompetent, dishonest, or both. The service is terrible also, they made me wait until they were done cutting everyone's hair before they would help me, and made me go to the back of the line for something that takes less than a minute. I see the reviews for this location are mixed, which is sad, as one or two bad apples seem to be ruining the whole bunch.
