I check in at the top of the list. When it's my turn, I'm not on the list. Turns out I was removed accidentally, they even say so. Whatever, accidents happen. Problem though is that I get the vibe from my stylist that I'm the one inconveniencing them. Then the actual cut is done very roughly. Then the process of paying is done very curtly. To top it off, I didn't like the end result much and found a few spots that were not finished properly afterward.

I’ve been coming here for quite sometime. The last few times I’ve noticed something wrong with my hair when I get home. Today I went in & this time even worse. Seriously a terrible haircut. I’m never coming back to this location. I’ve been seeing the same lady too. She’s the manager & doing a job like this on my hair is unacceptable.

I got my haircut here and asked for layers and a face frame, this is what I got. It didn’t look like this cause she blew it out before I left, but then I went home and straightened it and it looked like this. I cried and wore my hair up until it grew back. Last time I go to Great Clips.

Didn't take time to dedicate, did the opposite of what I asked for, ruined my hair, parts were shorter and parts had layers (I didn't want), had to come to another place to cut it... my hair was so long and I wanted a mid bob, I didn't happen. Now my hair is short and spent a lot more money getting it fixed.

Friendly staff ,nice service and relatively inexpensive. Prior booking is more convenient but walk-ins are allowed too. One can peruse magazines while waiting for their turn

The timing is unreliable. I made an appointment which was in 20 minutes but when I arrived timely, I was required to wait 15 more minutes.The service quality is below average.
