I have only had good experiences here. A couple times I taken my car elsewhere only to wish I'd gone to Great Bear instead. It's difficult to find a place you can trust, so I am glad I found them. It's worth it to drive a little further knowing I can count on them to be honest and do a good job.

The service was great but once they had your car they got real shady and gave bad service and prices were to high I think they took advantage because of it was a lady

My car needed an expensive item fixed. This shop gave me amazing service and a very fair price when I wasn't in a position to shop around. It is so rare to find an auto shop that is honest and very helpful. My dealership said 3to5 days was the earliest they could start working on my Jeep. LEROYS AUTO on Lyndale fixed it by noon the following day! Plus a free car wash. This is my new car shop from now on. They appreciate their customers and it shows!!! Lynn Anfinson

Employees were not helpful nor did theycare that I was locked out of my car. No one was able to give directions to any locksmiths that might be available. It's freezing cold out and not one person helped

I was due to drive home the following morning, back to Las Vegas, when the automatic rear hatch/door on my Highlander got stuck open! I was frantic trying to figure out what to do and how to get help. I called multiple Toyota dealers in the greater Minneapolis area, but none would see me for several days at least. No one cared about my predicament. My mom lives up the street and said Leroy's was their go-to mechanic shop for many years, so I gave them a call. Like so many other reviews here, they said to bring the car right over, and they'd take a look. The mechanism was fixed in less than two hours that afternoon, and for a reasonable price. I was so very relieved to be safely on my way the next day AND they also fixed a minor bodywork issue without charge and without being asked. One of the metal edge-guards on the back door had gotten caught on something and was pulled away from the door, bent. As an older widow lady, I didn't have a clue how to fix it, as it would not just bend back into place. It was catching on everything as I'd move past the car, because it stuck out a good inch. Now, it is in place with no evidence there was ever an issue with it! Kind service folks, with a heart.

Had a screw in one of my tires. Went in and got it plugged within 15 minutes. Great service and everyone there seem to really care about the customers. They offer dropOff and pickup services. Lived in Bloomington for 15 years and my first time here. Will be coming back for any future services. There are few places that seem to care about customers nowadays but I think I found my go to place.Service: Tires
