I was able to get a great deal on a DeWalt impact wrench. I purchased online at Grainger's website and picked it up at this location. This pickup process was a breeze. They even have curbside pickup if you're interested.

I am disappointed because I know they have the pieces that I have was looking for. But they preferred to send me another store to get that pieces. I think they need to improve the customer service skills and they need to show more interest in try to help. Excellent service. Was conducting a DYI repair on my central AC condenser - figured I would shot-gun a replacement of the run capacitor. Even with recent heat wave - Grainger had the exact replacement part in stock and provided friendly and professional service at the counter. AC is back up and running. Saved myself a $500 service call from HVAC technician.

Walked in to see if they had a Fuse for My Dryer, waited a few minutes then the Blonde Lady in the pick-up area helped me and knew exactly what I was looking for , she got my part and all I had to do was check out, Super easy and liked that She helped to speed up the process, Thanks A+++++++++
