I can't speak to what it's like to purchase/sell a vehicle at Freeway Ford however, other than having to wait a week to get my vehicle serviced, I could not be more pleased with my experience at Freeway Ford. Tyler in the service department is incredible and pays attention to detail. Furthermore, with being able to book appointments online and getting text message updates, this is the dealership I trust the most.Way better than Midway Ford and AutoNation!

31 days without a vehicle due to a defective TCM that was on backorder. The first 21 days were spent waiting for the next available appointment just to assess the problem. Totally unacceptable and disappointing. No courtesy car was available. No free pickup was offered at the end. Hopefully the part was replaced and the problem solved, but time will tell.Since writing this, to add insult, the service advisor left me a voicemail saying my review was "very inaccurate".Adding that "maybe we are not the dealership to help you out going forward".I stand by my review and was not attacking anyone personally. The total lack of communication left me clueless as to when I would get my car serviced. The ETA for the part was at first 1-2 weeks (AFTER already waiting 3 weeks for analysis). When I called after 1 week, I was told it could be weeks yet, and sometimes it could take months! Iemailed the Customer Relationship Center and they referred me back to the service advisor for the ETA. Weeks to months is not an ETA! I left a message for the parts department manager to give me an update. No response.That's when I began shopping for a new car. Four days later, I got a call telling me the car was ready for pickup. (No offer to deliver.)All along I was told by Ford officials that the situation would be expedited, while the dealership was telling me that Ford was making promises that it couldn't keep. No one gave me a heads-up about the part. I was denied to speak to the service manager. ("There's nothing he can do to speed things up") The parts manager never returned my call. The service manager was out of the office the final week.You're right, maybe going forward I will be seeking a different dealership, and it won't be Ford.

Quick and great service. I had a recall fixed and was worried I would be late for my next appointment and they got it done in record time and I was early for my next appointment!! I edited my review because after reading other reviews I see I was lied to.? I was told you do not provide a loaner car and another customer said they received one about 3 months ago... So I gather you only provide them to select customers or only ones that purchased their vehicle from this dealer?? I will give you another chance.

I had a recall and Freeway Ford delivered a Tech to my house to complete the repair. He was exceptionally professional and positive! Would highly recommend for purchases AND service! Great Job, Well Done!

Freeway Ford was so helpful, considerate and on time with my cars service. The service techs were knowledgeable, and extremely kind. I love bringing my car in for service the dealership environment is always so warm and friendly.

Reached out directly to Omar to have him purchase my vehicle and he was very responsive to my questions and emails. Then when I came in Brian and Omar helped me out and gave me a good price on purchasing my truck. Appreciate all they did!

Brought my truck in for repair. They fixed a problem but not the problem I bought it in for. They acknowledged the problem but they said it was only because I am waiting for the problem to happen.Because of this dealership and how I was treated 7/3 2023 I will never buy a Ford truck or any other Ford vehicleI currently own 12 fords between my household and businessFORD LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER

Very happy with Freeway Ford Dealership for my initial car purchase, as well as for any needed servicing. Recently needed my car serviced, and I was very pleased with the experience overall. I had to wait a while for my car replacement part to come in, due to supply/demand issues, before it could be serviced and installed. When it did come in, everything from that point on, went like clock-work. Communication was great. Loaner car transactions went smoothly, and I appreciated the effort made to match the loaner car to my existing one being serviced. Car pick-up was easy, and it is running great again.

I had the pleasure of having both Erin and Nolan as sales associates helping me purchase my bronco sport (badlands ed). The were very helpful and knowledgeable, and I never felt pressured. They walked me through the order process and explained each feature as we went along. They kept me updated as it was being built and shipped. I'm pretty sure they were just as excited to see it as I was when it was delivered. It was more like talking with friends than a business deal. I even got some cooking tips when I was in finance. The entire crew was amazing and I love my new bronco sport. I highly recommend going to Freeway for your next ride.

Went to Freeway Ford a couple weeks ago and had disappointing customer service experience. Was met by a sales associate and informed they only accept my corporate plan on case by case basis which was not true. Was able to test drive the Ford Explorer and was completely blown away by it. I did end up purchasing the vehicle through another dealership for thousands less.The reason for the two star review instead of one is because the Sales Manager did reach out to me attempting to make things right. But after the deceitful salesman I went to another dealer and couldn’t be happier.Overall I love Ford, their products and the quality they provide but I will avoid this dealership.
