Dean who worked on my car was great. He was helpful in explaining what was wrong with my car and provided insight on appropriate steps to take. Cost was a bit more than I was hoping, but he helped me to prioritize what was most important so I could budget for what was necessary and what I can wait to replace for a later date. I will be sure to return to Ford when and if that time comes.

Terrible Service department. We had an issue with our Mach E late Friday and ended up being locked out of it. Ford decided not to put any kind of manual entry on this vehicle it is all electronic, so we had it towed to Freeway Ford as it was the closest dealership. It was after hours so I wasn't expecting to hear anything until Monday morning. They did did call right away Monday but said it was would be at least 2 weeks out before they could look at it. I explained we had medications and items needed for work in the vehicle we had to have and asked if there was any way they could get a chance to look at it sooner. The service department said nope 2 weeks is the earliest we can do it, take it somewhere else. So I had to have it towed to another dealership that was much more accommodating. When my lease is up and I'm looking for a new vehicle Freeway Ford is NOT a dealership I will be looking at.

I bought a 2018 Ford Edge from Freeway Ford and the check engine light came on days after I bought it and I am having trouble starting the vehicle after getting gas due to the issue. I thought that the dealership would have taken care of the issue instead of trying to drain my pockets since it was literally right after I bought it but I was wrong. It costed me $200 just to find out what was wrong and then got a $500 quote to fix the issue. I was so excited to finally have a working vehicle that I put A LOT of money into only to have issues right after I drove it off the lot. I am really disappointed.

The guy in the blue shirt with short hair works in the used car purchasing and valuation department. Everyone who comes here to trade and buy a car, remember to be smart or this guy will take it all. It will say your car is really cheap and notify other car sellers to sell it even cheaper to lose the value of your car. This is an unreliable place of business that everyone should stay away from. You see that place is very big but you don't see anyone buying or selling anything because the people working here are not honest in helping customers and just want to exploit them. ,

Dabbling in the idea of having my vehicles serviced by a licensed Ford dealer; as I believe that the mechanical integrity of such may be closely monitored when it comes to all things Ford. I have no complaints, overall service has been exceptional.

I went to Freeway Ford to look at a 2015 Ford Edge. I had planned on looking at several vehicles at different dealerships and I was going to take my time.
Well, I didn't end up looking at anything else. Evelyn was super awesome and straightforward and she was wonderful in helping me make my decision. I was sold on the Edge that very same day and did a deposit. I didn't even look at any other vehicles.
When I went to go pick up the Edge they filled it up with gas for me which a dealer has NEVER DONE before for me and this was the third vehicle I've ever purchased.
Definitely say hi to Evelyn and make sure to ask for her if you are in the market for a vehicle. She and the rest of the team at Freeway Ford are some of the most friendly people I've ever had the pleasure to work with.

Found a vehicle for sale on Freeway Fords website that met my needs. I called to confirm its availability and it was available. As I was preparing to give a deposit I learned that their website had just added a $1500 dealer premium to the price that wasn’t there before I called. Ford itself has told its dealers not to add premiums and yet here they did. Premiums hurt poor people and I won’t be a part of it - especially when it was added while I was trying to buy the vehicle. Terrible business practice.
