Kaitlyn, I believe one of the managers, was great. I tried on some jeans and bought them, and then realized they were a little too big. I came back to exchange them and they did not have my size. She was going to the store in Edina to work the next day and made sure to check if they had the size even though the computer said they didn’t, and then called me to follow up and let me know they did. She was so unbelievably helpful, free people is lucky to have her on the staff!

I love shopping at Free People, online or in-store however, this past Sunday’s experience had me very disappointed and did not want to even stay to browse or find something different. It took me until after I was standing at the checkout counter for 10 seconds to even be greeted. Both associates were looking down at their phones, and when I asked about a product to see if they had it in store, it was just a simple “No,” and then back to their phones. What happened to the friendly banter, maybe suggest something different or actually care that a customer is in the store like I’ve experienced in the past? I will not spend time or money in a store that has such poor customer service. Please do better.

This location is bad at taking orders over the phone :(First they entered the wrong email address so I had to call back and have them correct it once I realized I never received a shipping confirmation. Then before I hung up the sales associate was like "we corrected your name on the order since it was wrong the first time". But then when I got the confirmation it was still spelled wrong, she corrected it wrong. That didn't really make sense to me because my name is in the email, so how did she manage to fix the email address but still spell my name wrong on the order? I realize I have an uncommon first name but it's not like it's a word nobody has ever heard before, I don't think it's that hard to spell right. Maybe it is and this is a me problem, lol i don't know.What's funny is I originally called to see if they had something I saw online in stock and they offered to order it for me. I could have just ordered it online myself like I planned on doing. Their customer service is great though so I'll give them 3 stars for that. They were really nice every time I called.

Excellent time!! Loved the staff, they were all super helpful and upbeat even while following regulations and still assisting ALL customers best they could!! Will definitely be back soon!! I was looking for a couple birthday outfits and they instantly jumped into action, showing me different styles, making me feel comfortable changing and "modeling" and making the entire atmosphere amazing and entertaining!
