A little expensive but a decent selection and convenient location when we're on the way home. Store is always clean and the deli salads typically look pretty fresh.

I really enjoy shopping at Festival foods. But today was a totally different experience. I went shopping for my Holiday meal.I came to this store because it is on the bus line and I like the selection. The employees know my husband by name because he is a regular customer. When I checked out today a cashier named Lori waited on me My husband is disabled and I am on S.S.I. I just got an E.B.T. card and userd it for the first time today.I had a little trouble and the cashier was so rude to me.She glared at me when I put the pin in because I cancelled it because I knew I did it incorrectly. She didn't hesitate to tell me so in no uncertain terms!I felt so badly Like I was some kind of scum to her!She acted very annoyed with me!She did not thank me or smile or treat me like I mattered as a customer/ person! She handed me the receipt and said "Here you go:!My husband and I lost our home and we have a limited income and we need a little help.I left the store feeling So hurt and I just cried. We have been shopping at Festival for probably 15 years.I will make sure I go somewhere else in the fututeI think she should retire if she hates people and her job that much!I felt humilated!humiliated! Never want to be waited on that particular cashier ever again, if I ever come back to this store!I give the store itself 3 stars, but her a minus 1 in the hole!I will say the young man who was bagging the groceries wished me a Merry Christmas and He was so nice and kind!God Bless him!

Have only shopped here three times, however, my experience is enough to make me switch to this as my regular grocery store. Every single employee I have interacted with has been helpful and courteous. If I ask where to locate something, they will take me there, rather than just give directions. The fish counter guy is super helpful and always answers any questions I have. Same with the deli staff and the staff overseeing the self checkout. Groceries are good quality and reasonably priced. So happy to find this store!

This grocery store rocks. We loaded up on more bakery items. Everything is reasonably priced. Lunds and Kowalskis can’t hold a candle to Festival Foods.

Great store. Very good meat department with full service. About the the only place that I found that will run a flank steak through their meat tenderizing machine for making Cuban steak. Lunds/ Byerlys tells me that their machines got old and they decided not to replace them.

Festival Foods used to be a great place to shop (specifically based on Customer Service) - I don't feel this Is necessarily any longer the case. Please take time to improve your employee pride in your store or update your inventory system.Loyal long time customers should not have to waste their time arriving multiple times to your store location (to pick up a specific item that was confirmed by an employee to be in stock), only to be told it's not in stocks (or hasn't been stocked/put on the shelf)...Very unfortunate and disappointing that management/staff weren't the most helpful or informative in their approach to assisting valued patron(s).

Everything one could need to make breakfast, lunch or dinner under oen roofs. Meats, cheeses, fruits and vegetables, a bakery shop, cakes, donuts, bread, enough food for a small army.

.That particular store you have to watch how things ring up.Northtown cub is really bad for that, especially the self check out where there's no one to dispute it with.

I shopped here years ago and really like their garlic toast from the bakery. Today my mission was to get crab legs and lobster tails. My college age son and I like these once a year during the holidays. And we can afford it. A Facebook ad showed colossal snow crab at $14.99 a pound, king at $39.99 a pound and some lobster tails at $5.99 and up. I remember years ago when snow crab was $6.99 a pound. It's Minnesota so everything is frozen here. My 4/5 stars are for the 2 deli salads I got. First one is chicken wild rice salad. Pretty good with mandarin oranges and grapes in it, mayo based. I can't stand water chestnuts and these are in this salad. Seems like added as a filler to save money on their part. Second salad was an Asian cole slaw. All I tasted was vinegar and again those nasty water chestnuts added to this salad too. Lesson learned, I just picked them out. Hopefully the seafood is good.
