Festival Foods is a grocery store with a decent to excellent selection, including higher end, quality meat, fish, and poultry, with grass-fed beef and locally sourced items. It offers a good variety of organic produce. The store is noted for being always clean, with groceries that are good quality and reasonably priced, though some find it a little expensive. Its convenient location is appreciated. Customer experiences with staff vary significantly. Many reviews praise the employees, describing them as great, helpful, courteous, super helpful, nice, and kind, with specific mention of the fish counter, deli, and self-checkout staff. However, one very negative experience details a cashier who was rude, annoyed, and made a customer feel humiliated, contrasting sharply with the otherwise positive feedback on service. A major point of criticism is the self-checkout machines, which are described as outdated, inefficient, and frustrating to use, with a call for more streamlined and user-friendly systems. Despite this, many customers enjoy shopping there, with some making it their regular store for its selection and quality, while one long-time customer was left hurt by a bad checkout experience.
Hi hope this review gets to the owners- your staff and selection are great but you desperately need new self checkout machines. They are outdated and so inefficient and frustrating to use. You need to get ones that are more streamlined and user friendly, it will be worth the investment when you can take payment faster

It was fine. Prices were OK. Fresh meat and fish, a bit limited. Nothing like the Festvals in Wisconsin.

A little expensive but a decent selection and convenient location when we're on the way home. Store is always clean and the deli salads typically look pretty fresh.
