I found the perfect car that I was looking for and within my budget. I began working with Jeremy Mollman at the end of July 2023 until I bought my car from him 3 months later! Jeremy was caring, knowledgeable, patient, never pushy, an excellent communicator, and always kept me informed of new inventory. This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had, so I highly recommend Jeremy should you decide to use this dealership!

Devin Singh was extremely patient while I tried to decide which pre-owned Mercedes to buy. Many test drives and hours later I purchased a Certified 2020 GLE350. I could not be happier with the vehicle and the car buying experience.

Who knew buying a car could be...kinda fun?Devin greeted me when I walked in the door for my scheduled test drive and didn't leave my side (in a good way) until I left for the day. When he brought the keys out, I decided to throw him a curve ball - "can we take this thing through the Starbucks drive through?" I mean, that's something I knew I'd do with my new vehicle. He obliged me and made me feel so comfortable and valued.Price was fair, my decisions were supported and I walked out excited to return the next day to pick up my GLE 450.Additional gratitude to "Uncle" Tom and Bob who helped get me into this car without breaking the bank. If you're going to go invest in a Mercedes, go to Feldmann and bring candy as a bargaining chip in negotiations.

I had the pleasure of working with Matt Sack recently and I highly recommend him and his work. First, Matt was extremely responsive; he made himself available to schedule test drives and closings at times that worked for me, even after hours when necessary. He ensured that my experience from when I first walked into the door until I left with a beautiful car was smooth, efficient, and enjoyable. Second, Matt was very knowledgeable about everything on his lot. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything (sometimes more than once). He did so clearly and patiently. Finally, Matt is enthusiastic, energetic, and clearly loves his job, all of which make him fun to work with. Thanks, Matt!

This dealer now charges customers an extra 3% on top of the invoice total if you want to pay by credit card. I have never seen this at any other dealer or other businesses. Disappointing that Feldmann Imports had given in to greed. Does this policy discriminate against customers who can't afford to pay with cash or debit card?

My mom recently bought her very first Mercedes car and said Matthew Sack was AWESOME! She had a great car buying experience from the moment she arrived at Feldmann Imports. Matt was very patient, very knowledgeable, clearly explaining things to us and ensured the car was delivered within a few days of the purchase. Wish I would have read reviews before I contacted them. Terrible place to do business. Walk in to parts, man in front row "someone will be right with you" and goes back on his computer. Same in back row, man on computer. Finally a gal comes in sits at the computer and looks up. "Oh have you been helped ". Dealing with her was stressful, she was argumentative so the Manager steps in and takes over. Should you really have elevated blood pressure at a MB dealer?All I wanted was a key made, which cost over $800. And they charged for "shop supplies" what shop supplies do you need to program a key fob? Then they tried to sell me a brake line flush, car is 3 yrs old and 30k miles. What a bunch of scammers.Go to MB of St Paul. They know how to treat a customer.

I called the service Department & I was told I was being rude to this young lady right away I was being very professional while this lady was being rude trying to cause a problem with me over the phoneShe is Very Unprofessional and don't need to be scheduling any appointments for a Mercedes Benz dealershipshe need to work on patients! and her terrible attitude

You have to work with Matt sack! Wow ! Matt found me my dream car and made the whole process enjoyable.I did not feel rushed and was able to take my time to decide .Matt was very attentive and very knowledgeable. Matt was able to answer all my questions and work with my schedule. He even came in on his day off to make sure I was all set. When my car was ready it had a big bow and red carpet. 10/10 Ask to work with Matt sack. Also ask for Bob in finance when you’re ready to check out! Bob was great! Bob was able to send me a “menu” of the after market product with prices before hand so I could research all the options on my own and I was able to ask any questions I had! Overall I had a great experience and would recommend feldmann imports to everyone!

Worst service ever! Poor customer service skills. Rich Barfknecht, General sales manager, is very unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. He is very rude and disrespectful. Did not even bother to provide his name. Both the salesperson, Matt Sack and Finance Advisor, John Cadle, are NOT as knowledgeable about job-related tasks as expected. They were NOT able to answer our questions and were both very arrogant and rude. Will not recommend ANYONE to buy from this place. If I could give zero stars, I would.
