Matt and Daniel really helped us on a photo mishap. We were dissatisfied with a 3rd party print job and the team stayed open a little late to help us troubleshoot, they gave us great customer service and a lot of helpful suggestions.

This location is always friendly and remembers me when I come in. Today Amanda was working alone and had a huge line of people She worked really hard to get everybody taken care of and handled the impatient people very well. I hope they can get the staffing they need. Gold star for Amanda!

Needed help with getting a label project printed, my labels wouldn't work there but the employee mentioned that they had some in stock at their store. When I asked how much they were his response was "I don't know off the top of my head". Then awkward silence. Okaaaay, guess I'll go to a different FedEx if you can't even be bothered to go look?

FedEx team did an outstanding job receiving my Internet order and following up with me by phone to ensure all the instructions were correct. They even suggested I switch the output type to better match our need and printed a very large photo print of my Mom for her funeral service. The FedeEx team printed it a day early just to make sure it would look good. It looked fantastic. Our whole family appreciates the extra effort to make sure this turned out nicely. Thank you all.
