Famous Footwear is nice and clean. Employees are friendly and say hello as soon as customers enter. The associates and managers are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and understanding. They provide great customer experiences, making exchanges and returns super easy with no hassles. Customers can find the perfect pairs of shoes, including for children. The staff is a great asset to the brand, leading customers to recommend the store and return.
Decent prices on shoes but the customer service leaves something to be desired. I came in during the week, 2 women were working there and it took 10 minutes before I was greeted and asked if I needed help. This is pretty typical though for businesses in this era. Good value, below average customer service at this location.

I’ve had a return that I’ve been struggling to get to the store to do. The shoes just weren’t my style and I’ve not ever worn them. The associate helping me was friendly and made the exchange super easy! Thank you Mary Ann ! You made my day.
