I have been going here for years, off and on. When I went in today, I asked about a particular pain medicine. The gentleman, on staff, took me right to them and helped me make the right selection. I discovered that their prices, with a discount, helped me be able to pay for my medicine so switched back to them about 3 years ago from a place across the street. I'm a lot happier as I don't have to wait too long anymore and I'm treated with respect as a human being, not just a number like what happened at my previous pharmacy. My discount is always added before I even pick up my prescription. And I appreciate how I was guided on how to use the payment machine with no judgement whatsoever.I like how they message me to remind me to have my prescriptions filled. That is 3 to 4 days ahead of when I'll need it so I don't run out. Then, when it's ready, they message me again to to let me know I can pick it up. They make sure it is my prescription by asking me a few defining questions, such as my birthdate. I like that extra bit of security.I have had some times where my full prescription wasn't available. They still made sure I had 10 pills to get me through until my medicine was in stock. One time, they made a mistake of only giving me 20 pills. They took care of that by filling my remaining 10 immediately.I have gotten everything from winter socks to movies there. If I've had to wait a bit, there is a lot to peruse. They have great prices and excellent sales. The staff are always friendly and efficient. When I was a patient, I could always go right downstairs to pick up my medicine so it is also convenient.I'm not going anywhere else from now on. Why would I when I get everything I need from this excellent pharmacy.

This M Health Fairview system is nothing but a headache and they have gone downhill since the merger. The staff are downright rude and unreasonable. I have had appointments cancelled for no reason after arriving early. The doctors are mediocre at best and try to rush you out the door as soon as possible. No need to waste your time when plenty of other better clinicsare in the metro area.

Terrible hours. Not being open at a reasonable time on Sunday is very inconsiderate of working class people who can't make it to the pharmacy in the morning. It also imposed Christian customs on me and I am not Christian. There is no reason a secular hospital/ pharmacy system should observe different hours on Sunday compared to Saturday. Your religion shouldn't effect my access to my medication. Thanks for nothing fairview.

They are nice but the many times I used their service they had issues billing my secondary insurance. The pharmacists are very nice but they keep rotating new techs that don’t know how to bill the insurances.

My doc retired and the clinic closed. This is the clinic where I was sent to establish care. The first Doc that I saw there was very rude and condicending. I had gone expecting a physical. Nope, just a meet and greet that cost me $25. Time for my yearlyphysical I was assigned to a different doc. This guys idea of a full physical was to feel my neck and listen to my lungs and heart while I sat in the chair fully dressed. I had to ask him if I should get on the table for him to poke my belly. He did do that. He refused to do a breast exam or do a basic skin check. He kept saying that "research doesn't bare out those things being helpful". He only ordered glucose and cholesterol blood work, no metabolic panel, no blood work for things that had previously been a problem. When I asked him to please do a more complete physical, he told me "I think that I've done a good job." Apparently he is one of those people that need a trophy for just showing up to the game. It took 5 calls over 2 months of calling the patient advocates to get a call from the clinic manager. When she did call me she said that she didn't know what a full physical should include but was sure that he had followed proticol and it was up to his discretion as to wheather he would do things like a breast exam even when requested by the patient. I have asked just to have charges reversed so that I can go to another doctor and get a "full physical" as insurance company will only allow one per year. Worst experience with doctors ever.

One star because it doesnt matter how good you are if you cant even get in the damn door. wanted to find a new internist for mom. Appt. was one month out. The day before the appt. we got the catch all "due to covid" excuse for poor planning, disregard of patient care and putting corporate greed first, that doctor hours were reduced. Reschedule another month out. The next month we get a call the same say saying they made a mistake and scheduled her with PA which isnt for new patients. Reschedule. Another month out. Today, we arrived 7 minutes late and after delaying us for two months, their scheduling is apparently so precise that it was way too late to be seen. Has anyone ever waited less than 10 min for appt ? We rescheduled- at columbia heights. We have an sppt for next week, and what's more, I think they will actually be able to get it done.

First, let me state that this is a regular clinic that also has urgent care hours. My new dermatology team are housed here. I'm not sure why Fairview has dermatology at his clinic and all the way out in Maple Grove, as the only locations. There is nothing in Hades that will get me out to Maple Grove, so this is where I go. The folks are professional, friendly, and attentive. Even the pharmacy staff are this way. Even though they do this all day, they never make you feel like you're just another number. So, even though this location is further away than I'd like, I'll continue to receive care here.

SLOW SLOW SLOW, don't get your prescription filled here if you go to the urgent care next door unless you are prepared to wait longer for your prescription to be filled than the time you spent in your appointment. My appointment including wait time to get in took 35 minutes. Then l sat for 45 minutes waiting to get prescription filled. Stephen is even slower than you can imagine and his supervisor is willing to let him bumble along as he learns the ropes. I was really sick and thought I would get the meds faster if I just went to the pharmacy next-door. Didn't turn out that way. I hope your results are better than mine were if you go there
