I have spoke to customer service 2x. Was promised not be charged and get a refund, and that my address would actually be changed on my 3rd time asking. None of this was done. Waste of time and money

I want to express my gratitude for the two amazing women who assisted my friend and me at Fabletics on Labor Day 2024, even though it was near closing time. Their exceptional service and positive attitude made our experience memorable. As first-time customers, their professionalism and kindness will definitely make us return to Fabletics in the future. They truly deserve recognition for their excellent work.

Small store, same great product as online but everything was $85. Also poorly displayed. Larger sizes in cubbies near the floor that would require getting down on the floor to look. Lululemon was a much better experience and I don't like their leggings. Do better.

It took two and half weeks for a shipment that was stated to arrive in 6-10 business days. Order never showed up and they refused a refund as requested. Subscription canceled, horrible service.

I just left Fabletics and it is my first time shopping in store! I walked in not knowing what to look for but knew I wanted high impact sports bras and compression bottoms. Briel was super helpful and showed me all the options available in store and also showed me what deals were going on. They were helpful answering VIP membership questions and I left feeling like I made the right purchases for my fitness needs. Thanks, Briel! :)

Perry was amazing and so helpful! Found lots of cute things and they always have good deals. The whole team was so nice and friendly. Even witnessed the manager dealing with a Karen and she was calm and professional the whole time. Thanks for making our shopping experience fabulous!

I’ve had so many issues with this company. My first order took over a month to send out so then they resent my items and informed me my original items weren’t in stock. I finally some of my items and didn’t like them so I did a return and they stated I could only

SCAM-charged me $59.95 for credits to buy more stuff, but I never requested that-they said automatically enrolled w/purchase! Refunded my money but I have to call and cancel. Will never use them again!!

Love Fabletics when they are running sales. Cancelling is a huge hassle though. The process takes over 30 min and they do nothing but hassle you.

SCAM! If you buy something from Fabletics they will enroll you into monthly $60 service. Good luck cancelling it, I've done so a couple times and still being charged. Then monthly have to beg customer service for my money back even though I'm not buying anything. This is crazy. look forward to next month I'm sure

Scammers. They ask to sign you up for there rewards and charge you an extra 59$ for a membership a month later that renewals every month. Tried calling the store they won’t even pick up

I've been a VIP customer for years. I've always thought highly of this company, until now. A couple at the MOA stole a bag of Fabletics items from my daughter when she set the bag down. They had 3 opportunities to "make it right", instead they chose to commit fraud on my account. An employee at the store called and informed us the these people wanted a store credit. Which they were told (in person and then when they called) that these items were stolen. The couple that stole the bag grabbed it and ran when the store was on the phone with my daughter. I called back and talked to a store manager. I was told she couldn't provide the police with the store video of the thieving couple and she would have to talk to her district manager to find out what she could and couldn't do. I was told I would get a call back within 48 hours - never happened. I called Fabletics customer service. They said they would call me back within 48 hours - again never happened. The Bloomington police said they would call me back - never did. So my opinion of Fabletics is that they do not protect their customers. They do not care if someone tries to commit fraud on their customer accounts. So Beware of doing business with Fabletics! They will not protect you or care if someone tries to commit fraud on your account with them!

Cold weather leggings are an absolute joke!! These are paper thin and possibly the worst leggings I have ever bought. The quality of the product is terrible. Will not buy again!
