Not very convenient from the Mall of America by bus, but the microwave, fridge, stove, sink and counter top make up for the lack of convenience.If you come correct they'll treat you correct. ?Play the victim, entitled or hopeless you'll get that in return. You know the type of people I'm describing.Besides me having a few nosey (not noisy) neighbors that had to look through my peephole, nothing bad.Nearby activities: HockeyWalkability: Next to a lot of shopping like REI, Best Buy, Liquor and food!

Please don't stay at this hotel. The hotel sign was not lit and there were no signs announcing it was Extended Stay America. Plus, nobody was at the front desk for several minutes after I arrived, so I wasn't even sure I was at the correct hotel. (Once the desk clerk got there, they were very nice.) I found out this hotel is going to be under new management. Unfortunately, the room appeared to not have been cleaned. The desk had sticky rings, the carpet was quite grimy and there were obvious dust bunny clumps on the floor, there was an obvious stain on one of the pillow cases, and someone had forgotten to put a top sheet on the bed. If I hadn't arrived very late and very tired, I absolutely would have walked out -- refund or no refund. However, as my other option was sleeping in my car, I kept my clothes on, laid on the single sheet, and used my sweater as a blanket. Wow, this place was truly a dump -- and the online price was $125/night (for such a place!!--unbelievable!!).

I have stayed here before but this time was not so great. The first room they put me in had so many elder bugs crawling in it. All in my bed on the counters and in the bathroom. Then they moved me to another room due to the stove top was not working either. The new room had no elder bugs but the bed was hard, sheets had spots on them, the shower nob was stuck in the up position, the microwave was unclean smelled and did not have a plate in it, and the carpet had so many spots. I was very disappointed in the way this room was.

Do not stay here. There were shopping carts on the floors from tweakers. The rooms were not clean, I promise you the used towels and bedding was refolded. Pillows were on the floor, fridge was full of previous tenants ice cream, bugers. Nasty location and terrible service, 8 AM the front desk wasn't even there, couldn't get towels to shower. The hallways were caked with dirt.

WORST hotel. Don’t even bother going here, i’d rather sleep outside than ever touch that place. If I could give 0 stars I would, It’s rather a dumpster site you’re paying to stay at. Sticky, unclean and a public health hazard. Hasn’t been touched in years it looks like.

They overbooked the hotel and had no other alternative room at another hotel for my family and I. We just did a 10 hour drive and pulled in on a Friday with nowhere to stay. The first dozen hotels I called where completely booked. It was a horrible experience.

I booked a room through Priceline. When I got to the hotel, the king bed room that I booked was not available, so they downgraded me to a queen. Their key machine was down, so someone had to let the guests into their rooms. There was no tp, or bath towels in the room. The TV was falling off the stand. As I was laying in bed, I got itchy. They had bedbugs. Fortunately, I had not brought my stuff up to the room yet. I have a really bad rash all the way up my arm now. I went to the lobby, and the young lady contacted the manager who came down. She was nice enough to reach out to Priceline and get me a full refund, and I am thankful for that, but would not recommend this hotel.

This place is a disaster. When we checked in the place smelled like smoke right away when we walked in the doors. Also, During check-in, we were notified that their key machine was broken and we wouldn’t have keys to our room so when we leave, we’d have to call somebody to let us in a room which I wasn’t very comfortable with leaving my stuff in my room, knowing that somebody else can just go in anytime. We left one time and came back and it took about a half hour to get into a room. The room was not clean. The fridge was full of sticky stuff. The floors were dirty. The TV was the stand was broken. There was coins the toilet. And we had no shampoo, conditioner, or towels.

We wanted a smoke-free room but the smell of smoke was horrible. We asked to be moved but nothing was available. Carpets were stained and sticky in places. All the furniture was old and damaged. If it hadn't been so late we should have left.

About as bad as you can imagine. Overbooked. No help finding a room except they would call the other ESA. No transportation there. No discount t for the inconvenience. NEVER AGAIN!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars.I reathe reviews but decided to give it a try because it was a good deal with the corporate account. The lady at the front desk was so sweet and explained everything to me. The cart at the front doesn't work and it was so noisy in the hallways. I was waking people up so I abandoned it and carried my stuff, which sucked but it's not a big deal. The entire hallway smells like weed. THEN as a cherry on the cake I come out to unload the rest of my stuff and there's a car behind mine that was almost touching the bumper to the point that I couldn't even open my trunk. It belonged to the maintenance man and he proceeded to yell at me about parking in his spot. He accused me of moving the cones, which I did not, and parking in his spot. I apologized and he continued yelling at me. I was supposed to be staying here for 3 months for my travel contract but this hotel will not get another cent from me, I booked a different hotel as soon as I got to my room! That man needs to be talked to because that's not how you treat people.UPDATE: THEN, that same maintenance man came into my roomUNANNOUNCED to fix something with the Wi-Fi. I worked nights at the time so I was asleep during the day. It's a good thing that I had my dog with me because I never would have known or woken up. Then that man had the audacity to tell me I need to put my effing dog up and he needs to do his job. I packed all my stuff and left that day. I made sure to tell the manager on the way out and she pretended to care. I hope ,for everyone's safety, that that place gets shut down!!
