Wonderful hotel, really nice room, FANTASTIC Staff. Nice to be at a location that understands parking for 4 Motor Coaches and blocks enough spots to accommodate us.

The hotel was felt overall open and airy in its decor. At the front desk, Ella and Willi were welcoming and professional. They also went above and beyond by helping me with a car issue. The rooms are big and comfortable. The complementary breakfast had a good continental selection and hot food too. The gym was fairly big and had all the basics for a solid workout. If you don’t want to spend time at the mall, there is a beautiful nature preserve that’s about a twenty minute walk from the hotel.Overall, it was a relaxing break.

Clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were very kind to our very large group. The proximity to Mall of America transit station makes it very convenient. Also, they had adequate trailer parking.

Pleasantly surprised!First time staying at an Element. It’s like a classier Residence Inn, in my opinion.Breakfast spread was decent, although I wish they rotated some items, especially the hot ones. They serve some cheese and olives around dinner, with cookies for dessert. The room was spacious and had all the essentials for an extended stay. The most annoying thing was how loud and frequent the planes are overhead.I typically stay at the JW in the MoA so the location isn’t as favorable, including uncovered access to garage parking. However, this will probably be my go to in the future for extended stays if I want to save any per diem

I hate to leave this review but guests BEWARE! All you need to know is the light rail ENDS here so DO NOT leave any valuables in your car! Here are the pluses... We love the elements! They are clean, comfortable, and usually a fantastic staff. The common area is comfortable and clean. The workout area is better then average with a decent amount of equipment. I love there is 2 great restaurants with in walking distance. The minuses... they charge you for the open parking not just the ramp. They have cameras but no security. I'm still willing to pay for that with all the car jackings/ breakins. The element gave me no choice on the charge? That night/ early morning my car was broken into DIRECTLY in front of the hotel. I filed a report with the Bloomington PD, but in Minneapolis/ suburbs just know NOTHING will be done which i already knew... I hate to see this in my hometown. The disappointing part, I let the hotel know and they are reviewing the camera footage, and sadly as titanium members we have heard nothing! My truck was in full view and directly in front of the entrance. I am sad to share this town cannot keep up with criminal activity and if it happens to you... nothing will fix your damage, theft, or violation. Please be smart and careful in a now sketchy area ... stay far far far away from the light rail! Pick another safer Marriott property! Otherwise know your car will be a warm bed and anything you left in there now belongs to them.

The check in was fast and the staff were very friendly. I felt the rooms were very clean and tidy. We loved the breakfast options they provided. My only complaint would be the soundproofing of the rooms. You could hear people above and below -- every toilet flush, chair sliding, music playing from their phone, people talking. If you're a deep sleeper, probably won't mind the noise. Also, the hot tub was not working during our stay which was a bummer.Nearby activities: Right across from Mall of America.

I don’t say this lightly… this is easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had in my life. The staff was extremely welcoming - almost family like, on top of a handwritten note welcoming myself and family to the hotel. I can’t believe how clean and nice the room is. Easily my favorite hotel in the area, you will NOT be dissatisfied about anything. Well worth the price, and easy parking and check in too. Can’t say enough great things about this place.Rooms: Extremely clean and large!! Very nice high tech TV, great furniture to lounge on, and even got a snack with waters for free!!Safety: All the roads were very safe and well marked for pedestrian walk ways.Walkability: Great restaurants nearby, easy to walk to, and awesome food at those walkable locations.

During my stay in this hotel for a two-week business trip starting on September 14, this hotel actually deserves more than 3 stars according to my experience as a pilot who has experience in many hotels. I would really like to thank the hotel management and especially thank the reception team, Mr. Willic, who Makes you feels that his here with you to support your and Ms.Ella, who expresses calm and reassurance, and Mrs. James, who is wonderful with her radiant personality makes you feel that you are among your family. In fact, I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for their professionalism and high professionalism.

? ????What’s the point of the smoke detector? If a fire starts in the hallway, you have no choice because the windows Do Not Open. Who made windows that don’t open? Is this up to the American Code??? They don’t care about us!! Just our ? money ?.

This hotel is such a great stay for the price. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The hotel staff is super friendly, the cleaning team is consistent, and the breakfast has decent options. We stayed for a few days and being that it’s across from the mall there are ton of great food and activities near by. Really enjoyed this place at a great price.

Our team of 10 was here for work meetings over three days. The rooms were incredible—quiet, clean (it’s a newer property). Great amenities with awesome restaurants adjacent to the properties (which includes an AC). The Mall of America is across the street, so even more options for food and entertainment. The staff is first rate! Kudos to Nicole who helped us with all the planning for our meetings and accommodations. We spent evenings after dinner out on their beautiful patio. We made lots of new friends with other hotel guests—it was a great experience all around. My colleagues and I are all frequent Marriott (Platinum and Titanium members) travelers and everyone wants to come back!

Amenities are good; however, we have concerns with a few things as listed below: 1. As shown on the photo, the aluminum fascia of the roller shade fell down and almost hit my wife and 6-year-old son's heads. Reported it on the front desk and all they can say is, "oh, that's too unfortunate, etc." without calling the maintenance to check it ASAP. 2. Mobile key doesn't work. Asked a female receptionist and she just brushed me off without even trying to re-issue me a new mobile key. Tried it a 2nd time on the next day on a male receptionist. Mobile still didn't work but at least the guy tried to issue me a new one. 3. Floors still dirty, i.e., not swept with hair left on the bathroom floor, after refresh. I insisted with my wife to stay at this hotel since I had an excellent experience on my month-long stay at the Element Hotel Metrotown in Burnaby, BC. Unfortunately, this is not the case on this branch at all. Piece of advice: if you are staying here, make sure to check the roller blinds as soon as you arrive at your room. Disappointed but YMMV.

My husband and I took a trip to the Mall of America from Los Angeles in early August and this was our home away from home. All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was comfy and I love that it came equipped with a bottle for the in-room filtered water, as well as cups and service for two. Shower was nice, as were the toiletries. Bed was comfy. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly excellent! They offered a chobani yogurt bar, cheese or sausage egg bites, homestyle potatoes with bacon (arguably WAY better than any homestyle potatoes I've had at any actual restaurant!), bagels, toast, a few cereals, fruit, and the best flaky pastries. I also loved that in the late afternoon, they put out cheese curds and crackers, and in the evening, a variety of teas.On our last night there, my husband unfortunately had a terrible toothache and the front desk staff was super helpful in grabbing some ice for me to bring up to him. Additionally, they have some helpful stuff in the back that you just need to ask for (like pads).Overall, a great hotel that I'd absolutely stay in again if we are ever in the area.

The staff is AMAZING!!! 10 out of 10 for sure. Drove from KY to MN. I was super tired. My car did not smell right. When I arrived, realized one of my dogs had been ill back in KY. The staff showed me where the laundry was. Was empathetic and sympathetic and maybe the best part was they were just funny enough to put a smile on my face. The three people were Willie, Ella and James. All three were so down to earth as well! I promise you that I was in the worst mood and an hour later, I was where a person should be emotionally when hey start a vacation. Thanks to all three of them. Great employees and better people!!
