I was extremely satisfied with my service today. Matt even walked outside to meet me when he saw me drive up. Came to have my Subaru Ascent TPMS light/tire pressures checked. They replaced a bad TPMS sensor for free that had been put on in Jan. Blake who did the work also told me everything they did (tire rotation too). All done in < half hour. I couldn't be happier!

Discount tires Bloomington is the go to place whenever a nail is found on your wheel. I gotta thank technician Nickolai and Manager Josh for the fabulous job done with the removal of a nail in my front driver wheel for free!! Keep up the hard work!

I had run over a nail and had a flat tire. I didn’t know where else to go so I put the donut spare and drove over to the location. Someone greeted me outside as I was walking up and looked at the tire and explained the options. Said they would fix it if they could (assuming the nail was within the steel belt). 90 minutes later I was out of there and they didn’t even charge me. Thank you team!!!

Found out today that when they replaced my tires a year ago, Discount stripped two of the bolt-holes, which I had to get re-threaded. According to my mechanic this happens often as Discount will just use a machine to jam the bolts in regardless of how well they fit. I got lucky and dodged a $15,000 repair—don’t be the one who gets unlucky.

I recommend discount tire 100%. I worked with a Gentleman named Blake. He approached me halfway through changing the two tires I originally planned for, to let me know the other two tires were in a terrible shape and would be dangerous to drive on until I could afford them to be replaced. Blake first offered me a payment plan via Discount Tire Card which I was a denied for. Seeing that decline and understanding the hardships I was currently facing, Blake proceeded to purchase one of the two tires that I needed out of his own pocket, so I could afford to replace the two terrible tires. This man spent his own money to not only ensure my safety on the road, but he also helped his fellow man in need. People like Blake are very rare these days, but I'm glad I had the pleasure of working with him. A+++ customer service, A+++ service, and A+++ overall. I'll go to this Discount Tire each and every time as long as Blake works there, because a good person and good place deserves to be invested in. Thanks for everything guys, you don't know how much relief you gave and stress you reduced.

They were efficient and worked quickly. The sales people were knowledgeable and friendly. We were in and out in an hour with two new tires and a strong back up certificate in case the tires fail.

Complete failure to actually help. BUT, they will still make some money..
So memorial weekend, camping. Nail in the tire upon departure out of my driveway. I call discount. I ask if they can help me get out ASAP. He says yes and come on in...he also say it'll be 60 mins... so that's not what the F I was asking..
I was asking for a special consideration. Yes I was asking to be unfair and put me in front of other customers. Yes I expect you for this type of situation to do all you can to get me in and out immediately. THIS WOULD EARN YOU PRAISE AND ADMIRATION. Yet you put me in the normal que without consideration, even tried to upsell me.
And now I'm sitting here waiting PAST the estimated wait time.
What a great help. These company tools called employees are a failure to the community, champions to their quarterly numbers bosses.
visit #1 - all rubber is chinese so going to firestone or others place you are just paying a higher priemium. discount tire is awesome.

After going to two other tire stores and being misinformed and then just not helped, I luckily found this team. They were fast, professional, friendly, super informative, and helped me problem-solve having a discontinued/rare tire size. I walked into their shop on a Saturday feeling frustrated and left about 20 minutes later with my tire problem fixed, feeling more knowledgeable and really well taken care of, and all at a complete bargain. I will certainly be back.

I went there because a tire was running flat. It turns out that there was a screw in the tire. I wound up having to replace all of the tires. The service reps were great and explained everything very well. They also worked quickly

Went in for a tire repair with no appointment. Was in and out in 20 minutes. Service was fast and friendly. Will definitely go back for future tire needs
