Needed flowers in a hurry and Laura was able to fix me up a bunch of flowers while I made my way over to her shop. Everything looked great and was reasonably priced. Think I found the perfect little shop to get flowers in the future. Thanks again!

Laura at Design A Bunch Floral came to our rescue when no one else thought it was possible (at 8:30am CST). From Los Angeles, we had just learned of a funeral for a dear friend whose ceremony (in Bloomington, MN) was about to begin 1.5 hours. Not only was Laura was able to create a beautiful arrangement and have it delivered on time, but the arrangement was absolutely perfect for what we had hoped for. We were SO lucky to find such a creative professional that was able to help us in our time of need, but also deliver something so beautiful and appropriate for the occasion. Laura is now on our Minnesota contact list for favorite florists! (thank you Laura!)

Hands-down the easiest, friendliest floral service experience I’ve ever had!! I am not local to the area and was searching a beautiful birthday bouquet for my MIL. I was searching for florists by reviews and this shop came up first on my list because of the high review ratings. I called and spoke to Laura. Her customer-service level exceeded my expectations!! She was able to design a gorgeous bouquet for the occasion and setup a home delivery! I’ll certainly be calling again in the future. Thanks, Laura!!

For my uncles funeral. Promised original floral arrangement. She said she listens carefully. I spent three lengthy conversations about a specific design. Unorganized. No electronic communication. The planter was average looking. I asked for specific colors for the bow and ribbons representing a country my uncle was a pastor missionary. Not only did it not have one of the flag colors it was a generic Thanksgiving bow. I wanted several tiny birds to honor the Audubon Society and got one big Red Robin and a butterfly? My cousins were going to keep the memory honoring my uncle. I was so upset and at a funeral especially. Siblings helped pay for it and I was not happy. An assistant said she would have owner call. After a week no word. I left a message of how upsetting this was. When I finally talked to her she yelled at me and argued with me and made up lies. She said she hadn't realized how important the ribbons were. So a green, yellow, black, blue ribbon turned into a generic fall bow is beyond me. Although I spent a good half hour describing it, the country, the importance of it. It's easily googled to look up the flag. She said she was embarrassed by my complaint. And yet I was the very disappointed customer. I asked for half my money but now wish I got it all back. There is no reason in earth to scream at a customer who just was at a funeral. Absolutely insensitive and ridiculous. Terrible! Unoriginal! Didn't listen to my order at all. I don't like butterflies at funerals too cliche. Not creative as stated by owner. She upset me to no end.

This is one of the best flower shops you could ask for. A good ol’ fashioned small business. The owner will REALLY really take care of you and your needs, and isn’t interested in a quick buck at your expense!10/10, would come again!

Minus 0. The owner got my arrangement all wrong for a funeral. She proceeded to yell at me the customer because I was upset. I left a message with her asst. but she didnt call. So then I called and left a message how upset I was. She called. The arrangement was standard. She said she was creative. I wanted ****** ***** Black, and Yellow ribbons. I got a Thanksgiving bow with none of those colors. I wanted some little birds. I got one red cardinal and a butterfly. I never asked for that. We spent a lot. I was upset and embarrassed in front of my family. She told me she was very unique and listened to her customers. That didnt happen. ******* at a customer who was just at a funeral didnt help. She then said God Bless America and hung up. Im getting 50% back but I now want it all back.

Laura is fabulous. She helped with all I was looking for, design etc. our bouquet was the most beautiful at the Celebration of Life. PLUS the fragrance is lovely.
