Contact this store via phone to determine if they were open during winter hours. Friendly knowledgeable staff member provided the information I was seeking, and invited me to pay a visit to their location. Great initial impression, and look forward to visiting this store soon.

Ordered a large blizzard and it had chocolate pieces and a weird flavor and I didn’t even order anything with chocolate. They must not wash their equipment.

Orange Julius. The brand is headquartered in Edina, MN... apparently "owned" now by Dairy Queen... with parent company indicated as Berkshire Hathaway (Wikipedia).Long story as short as possible... enjoyed Orange Julius original beverage I tasted as a kid in malls decades ago. One of the most amazing orange treats ever created for human consumption. What I got at Mall of America DQ / Orange Julius was nothing good, and was certainly not an Orange Julius beverage like it "should" be made to capture the flavor experience. The experience: ordered a small Orange Julius. I was asked "what flavor?" Response, "Orange." Was informed by staff member that the "orange only" flavor has the least amount of flavor of all the other options. I replied, "But I like Orange."She seemed reluctant... but proceeded to make the beverage I requested. The result: Approximately 12 oz clear cup with 99+% pure watery liquid in it of orange color. My decades ago experience with Orange Julius brings back memories of a slightly creamy, vanilla flavored, strongly orange flavored beverage that is very thick with frozen goodness... barely being able to draw it up the straw. What I got at this current time was exactly the following- weak orange juice with barely a hint of vanilla and perhaps 10 or less small chunks of ice in it. So... basically... iced orange juice. Orange juice on its own doesn't taste bad... but I suspect the founder of the beverage "Orange Julius" would be astonished at the ridiculous, tasteless beverage it has morphed into over the years at the branded point of sale businesses. Simply not even remotely comparable to the original offering. I thought, "this just ain't right..." and immediately proceeded to try and communicate my feelings about their product. When I got to Orange Julius website... discovered the "contact us" link doesn't exist. What a shame. Depressing so many are missing out on the potential deliciousness of what the Orange Julius can be. Urge people to find recipes for Orange Julius and make it at home to discover what magic in a glass tastes like.

Both employees were rude when I asked questions. My family and I usually love stopping here but we’re gonna pass next time.

I love dairy queen. This dairy queen is near the M&Ms store and Nickelodeon Universe, which can be very nice if you want a sweet treat. Workers are nice, just not very upbeat or social. Lines tend to be long, though. 4/5.

Rude, they make you hit random numbers they tell you at the keypad then talk bad about you. Because you couldn’t understand what they said . Awful experience then the guy yelled at us to not come back.

We were excited to get food and drinks from here while taking a break from shopping at the MOA but we got more disappointment than anything. The Orange Julius drinks were watered down and just didn't taste very good. The employees were more interested in looking at their phones and talking to each other than they were in making people's orders to the wait time for food and drinks was unnecessarily long. The receipts they give you aren't itemized so you have no idea how much you are charged for each item.

I got two Julius drinks at this location. I was told the total amount would be $14, but my credit card was charged for over a hundred dollars. Massive mistake!

Drinks are good, but I was given the wrong drink twice last weekend. Ordered two large smoothies, and was given the Julius versions of each in a DQ cup.. not the thick smoothies in a clear Orange Julius cup. The second "smoothie" I ordered I received the wrong flavor altogether, and in Julius form. I don't know why because the customers in front of me got the smoothies in the clear cups? Lucky for them I like all flavors and was thirsty so I kept it. Also $7.50 for a large drink? What? Don't know if they inflate prices or not but. They make you enter the amount yourself on their debit swiper (hello covid since everyone has to touch it and enter their own totals).

Does not give you coin change back as well as not advising you do not get coin change back. Staff was short and seemed bothered to do their job. Go to Aunt Anne across the way!
