I honestly can't say enough good things about this pharmacy. Every time I call or visit to pick up an RX, every member of staff is helpful, friendly and efficient. They are often super busy, but never make you feel rushed. They always greet you in a friendly manner and if you have questions about your medication, they take the time to explain and ensure you understand everything. By far the best pharmacy I have found in a very long time!

The pharmacy team always cares about their customers. They go above and beyond to answer questions. I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and never considered about going to another pharmacy.

I went in for a walk-in flu shot. There are signs all over the store, including below the pharmacy register, that they offer walk-in flu appointments. After waiting in line for 10 minutes, the clerk told me they only accept pre-scheduled vaccination appointments. I looked down at the sign directly below her, and she said they changed their policy because they are understaffed.Pharmacist and receptionist told me no one in the area offered walk-in vaccinations. I went to the nearest CUB and got walk-in services 15 minutes later.

I cannot praise the pharmacy techs enough for going above and beyond for me. I really needed a tricky prescription filled the same night. They went so far as to call the on call MD at that urgent care facility and get them to page the urgent care to get things straightened out. I cannot thank them enough. They are honestly heroes.Thu and Sandy: you ladies have a special place in heaven. Thank you. Please give them both a HUGE raise!

Picked up my small amount of liquid prescription yoday. I always thought the Target Pharmacy was honest and wouldn't rape anyone on price. I was wrong. $49.10 for a prescription. Got home and checked online. The same prescription was less than $10 at two other local pharmacies and less than $15.50 at two other pharmacies. Buyer beware at CVS Target in Bloomington

Honestly probably one of the best CVS pharmacies in the metro area. I don't even want to give it a great review cause then people will start going here more. But the pharmacist's here are PRO. If the little short girl leaves I'm leaving with her.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The wait time is always high, the lines are always long, the staff is rarely friendly and the Target parking lot is an absolute disaster. Don’t walk, run elsewhere to get service, there are far better options. To be fair the staff that works during the week is a little better, weekends are the worst.

Terrible. The pharmacist there is a witch minus the w and replace with a B. She is not helpful, not empathetic, and rude. Go to Walgreens.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for many years and they have always been courteous and efficient. The staff is helpful and has patience for whatever comes up - even when it’s not their responsibility.

The pharmacist who goes by Jamal is extremely rude and talks over you. He does not listen very well. I just got off the phone with him about 20 minutes ago, politely asking he remove an incorrect fax number from a provider that we are consistently getting prescription refill faxes for. He asked me three times which location we were (he offered two choices) and I said neither one. I repeated that this was just the wrong place entirely, to which he finally heard/processed and then continued to talk over me. When I asked him if that made sense, he said "Yup, got it, wrong fax, bye," and just hung up without pause. If he had listened to what I said before, he would have clearly heard that I was simply calling to make sure no more PHI was released, that they correct their fax number, and that this repeated error was dealt with. I called back and Kerry answered. I asked to speak with the manager, and Jamal picked up again, introducing himself this time as the Pharmacist. I said I wanted to make sure our fax number was indeed taken off the provider's name in their system, and that he had abruptly ended the call earlier that I didn't get a chance to ensure it was fixed. He said he hung up because he had another line waiting to be answered. I don't believe that justifies his rude actions. He then confirmed that the fax number was taken off, and rushed me off the phone yet again. I was only thinking about their patient's protected health information (PHI), and making sure this repeated error was getting fixed. He did not have to act so rudely when it was his patient's that it was affecting. If their prescriptions were getting sent to the wrong place, that not only jeopardizes their identity (PHI), but it delays their prescriptions in getting refilled. If a patient needs a certain medication to live, I don't want to be the cause of delaying them getting it. Please do not go here.
