CVS requires you to sign away your HIPAA rights in order to get a prescription from them, which is just terrible. CVS website claims that this location has the Novavax vaccine available at this location, but it won't let you schedule an appointment for it, and when you go in and ask, the Nurse Practitioner working there has never even heard of the Novavax and says they only carry Moderna but are out. Just seems like a mess.

You need more pharmacy help. It is not just today. When you have a minute clinic and get a prescription it is a long wait to get it. It is not " minute fills". If I am sick and already there then I need my pills while I am there. Please do not make me come back. Filled prescriptions piled up in baskets not put in filled bins by alphabet and staff scrambling to find your pills. Four staff not enough. The guy there is great but not sure if he is pharmacist or just help staff but name is Scott. Great selection of seasonal items and cosmetics

First, the people working here are nice, I have no issues with them, but I shutter every time I have to go here. Today I did the drive thru pharmacy pick-up knowing the window doesn't open till 9am. At 9:05 window was still closed, used the call button but nobody came. There is a sign on the window talking about how short staffed they are, and if you see them inside, they are working with indoor customers. Your window wait time could be up to 20 minutes. It must be impossible to do a counter customer then window customer and so on, and so forth. Doesn't seem like rocket science. However, if your store is not equipped to run window service, then shut it down and make everyone come inside. I opted to use the window since I recently had foot surgery and it is very uncomfortable to walk.About a month ago I was in the ER with chest palpitations. Doctors prescribed medication and, on purpose, I waited 2 hours before going to pick up the medication. You would think it would have been ready. Nope, they had not even started on it. Staff told me to sit and wait until they could get to it, maybe in a half hour. Yep, that is where I want to sit and wait after an emergency room visit. I left without the medication and didn't go back until the next day, was too worn out. Thank God I didn't need that prescription to go on living.Sadly my insurance dictates where I have to get my prescriptions filled. I really miss the quality of Walgreens, I have to figure out how to get my insurance to cover prescriptions being filled there.

If you like to wait for two weeks for your pharmacy to fill the prescription you will really enjoy this CVS.

Long wait times and dirty.The inside of this location is always in disarray and filthy, and the pharmacy is so understaffed that they've placed a sign in the drive-thru window stating it may take more than 20 minutes to be helped.

This pharmacy is a complete joke and the manager of the store is even worse. I was picking up a prescription for my 83 yr old mother which ended up with me using language I am not proud of. The details of the exchange is not important ( based on recent other reviews I’m sure you can see a pattern).Based upon my language with the pharmacy the manager has banned my mother from having prescriptions filled at this store. She had nothing to do with this at all but because this manager wanted to punish me (I am not a customer of this store for obvious reasons) her only recourse was to punish my mother by forcing her to immediately move all of her prescriptions to another store.I will be filing a discrimination complaint with the CVS corporate office.

Went to the minute clinic for an eye issue. They prescribed me something for it but no one will tell me where they sent it and none of the nearby pharmacies have record of it, and they did not give me any physical papers for it to get it filled myself.

I'm not sure why this CVS has such a low rating. I always come here to pick up my wife & I's refill prescriptions.They have been nothing, but kind to me. I have no complaints. I'm always in and out of here in under 10-15 minutes. Although a lot of things seem to be misplaced throughout the store, it's to be expected considering that it is a convenience store after all. My wife and I get our annual flu shots here every time because the employees here have been great. Thank you.

One of the employees said that I have "all these cards but no money" in front of me to another employee. Their system wasn't even processing my CVS card via their self checkout. I used only one card, once via Google Pay and once using my physical card. This happened a bit before 3:30 pm today. This location doesn't even deserve the 2.5 stars it has. I wholeheartedly recommend spending your money anywhere but here.

AVOID!If I did not need my medication that day I would have transferred it to a different pharmacy. They are short staffed and it was clear everyone working there was stressed but the lead Pharmacist chose to take out her frustrations on the customers. She was short with the customers and belittling at time (especially to the customers where English was not their first language). She would openly complain about other employees not "doing their job" to the customers.This experience sealed the deal for me...I am done with CVS!

THE WORST CHOICE you could POSSIBLY make is to pick this CVS as your pharmacy. You will be left on hold for at least an hour only for them to hang up and force you to either retry or give up...COUNTLESS TIMES.They would continuously blame this on understaffing, yet NOT hire an adequate amount of staff to fix the issue over YEARS. This is also only one out of many other issues.This CVS has a reputation in Bloomington for being terrible, which is very true. Do not let your disabled friends and family go here, using this pharmacy is a mistake.

Why on earth is this place always closed? Once you're in, it's great, but its never open when I need it.
