Once again the rider ran out of power and I was only as far as produce isles. This happens about 90% of the time I try and shop here. It would be nice if the riders were maintained. Batteries don't last forever.

High prices meets old produce. Bought mandarins on Sunday and the whole bag is ruined because they're moldy 5 days later. Other cheaper stores have produced that last longer. Buy your produce somewhere else.
They have a fresh or free guarantee, so if you're in a hurry and need to buy produce here keep your receipt. I'm going back for a refund because I'm tired of eating the cost of their bad produce.

I really hate shopping here. It's the closest to me so I end up here all the time. Items very frequently ring up higher than they are listed. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth everytime it happens. At least prices overall are starting to come down

Visited the store yesterday on monday my day off from work never go there I go to the one on France Ave but I was close by and I said I'll stop here and pick up a few things for dinner , I usually like the clearance section got a bottle of med salsa but the label was kind of weird so went it was time to pay it would not scan so I call the lady cashier that was standing by the self check out and I said miss can you help the salsa bottle won't scan and at first she look like she was annoyed by the fact that I call her that and she said is that it you have anymore clearance I said no thank you then the total was $65.16 so I put 50 dollars in the machine and I thought I had more cash but I didn't so I call her back Again and she looks very upset and I said miss I don't have anymore cash but can you fix it so I could pay the balance which it was 15.16 and she had and attitude she was so rude I couldn't believe the way I was treated and then she go ahead pay now but she wiped out my balance and made it were I had to pay the whole thing and said why is my balance 65 .16 when before you change it I owe 15 dollars and 16cent and she look at me and said you owe 65.16 I said no I don't I put 50 dollars cash in the machine said I owe 15.16 and then she call the supervisor which he was very nice guy and he said to me don't worry we will count was in there and we will have you pay the balance so another cashier counted the money from the machine and said yes there's 50 dollars in there ,I tell my story to let the public know that there is dishonest people every where to keep you eyes open at all time and to not be a victim to Speak up when things are wrong and I hope that people like this lady at cub food don't get to work with the public she is a disgrace and she should be put in the back not in the front I know at lot of places are short staff but people like her should not be working with the public.

This place is a dump, being a corporate run location you would really expect better. Not only is the cleanliness and food quality here very poor compared to valleywest, this store won't even provide baskets for their customers. Sure wish bloomington had gotten that Hyvee.

Wowzer did I really hear a manager spit out that kind of language at a public store. I have kids and I didn't think they'd hear some of those words for some time. I am very disappointed in the ppl this Cub dececided to promote.

this store is labeled as wheelchair accessible, however the isles are not wide enough, they do not supply hand held baskets, and the checkout lanes are also not wide enough for wheelchairs! i don’t get why this location doesn’t have baskets, it is so inconvienent for wheelchair users and people looking to buy less! also, i’ve found rotten food in the isles countless of times now. It is really unappetizing and unsettling to find moldy food of an item i’m looking to buy! just so so gross. i hope this location offers baskets again, and considers being more wheelchair friendly.

WARNING. DO NOT GO DOWN CAROL B's AISLE!! I am absolutely appalled by how disrespectful Carol B was today. I checked out between 420 and 430pm. I have to do 2 separate transactions as I'm currently on WIC/SNAP since losing my job the beginning of April. Carol never said hi, when I told her I had to do 2 different transactions she scoffed and acted like I was inconveniencing her by doing this. She then had issues with scanning my watermelon slices and I was trying to help by saying it's $.99 and she yelled at me like me talking was the end of the world. I'm on assistance and embarrassed by it, this lady takes the cake. I refuse to ever interact with this lady again. I just have so much sympathy for anyone who has to deal with her or interact with her. I sat in my vehicle after this and cried. Never again. I may never even visit this location again tbh with u. If you're a miserable human, go down this aisle. If you're not AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS.

Cub is the only place I can get Chocolate whips! There prices are not like Walmart prices but their produce is much better & worth the price! When I was there recently my Cub scooter ran out of juice & a really nice staff member went to get a new scooter for me & he took the Dead one back to be charged. I thought that was really nice!

Dirty, nobody to help with problems at self checkout, rude cashiers. I've gone here a few times and it's always bad. Other cubs are fine, so I know it's specific to this one.

The store has gone down hill in the past year. Prices are way up, employees seem overworked and grumpy. They got rid of their baskets for some odd reason. The baked goods were a staple for a long time but smaller donuts and mediocre cookies are not worth it at this point. The meat department guys are doing a great job but most other employees seem to be bothered if you need their assistance. Byerly's prices with a Walmart atmosphere at this location.

This location is dirtier than others I have been too. The prices seem high for the low quality of produce.Also you can't enter the store through the liquor store entrance anymore and they removed all the baskets? Very inconvenient.
