Lance's knowledge initially won the bid to replace and extend our deck. However, the attention to detail was absent.
During the bidding process it was discussed the deck extension was intended for the grill, and we needed five feet. After the install, the grill did not fit. Lance admitted he should have calculated differently, considering the addition of the bar rail on the railing. Adding another six inches would have met our request.
After completion, I noticed the screw covers were not applied consistently. Lance explained that the drink rail restricted placement and that the installation crew should have used black screws, not gold ones. Unfortunately, replacing the screws now would compromise the deck's integrity. The installer resolved the issue two weeks later.

My insurance company told me that they would not cover the hail damaged roof--- Mike from CSC said "let me do the talking " -- he got ahold of them and got the job paid for -- I paid some out of pocket for an old roof , but the insurance company went from not covering anything to covering 80%. I was very happy with CSC.

They also went beyond expectations in several circumstances. Bruce, Lance and the installers at CSC Remodelers were absolutely FANTASTIC! Prior to the hail storm that damaged our roof, I never knew of CSC Remodelers, so this is not a paid endorsement... I'm here to tell you that you absolutely cannot go wrong with CSC! Bruce came out, inspected the roof, and had some great ideas for the next shingles to go on. He was personable, easy to work with, understanding, patient - and above all else, NOT PUSHY like the folks driving around in my neighborhood after the storm. CSC Remodelers was referred to me through my insurance company, and what a great choice! Lance does a great job of scheduling, coming out to be sure everything is ready to go for the crew, and follows up upon completion. The roofing crew was incredibly friendly, punctual, hard working, and did a fantastic job of prep work to protect the house and plants etc, and combed the area well upon completion to be sure no nails and other debris were left behind. It was a 2 day job due to the size, shape and steep pitch of the roof we have - it was no problem for the roofers - they even reset out satellite antenna on the roof. Give CSC Remodeling a call!!! They did a great job on demolishing our old deck and installing a new one. Sturdy construction and aesthetically pleasing. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new deck.

We had a terrible experience with this company, and we're still dealing with them! A one-week project took almost a year to complete. The room had to be redone because the employees they contracted were drinking on the job. We were out of heat for the coldest part of winter, and on top of it they took up some of The finish on our hardwood floors and staircase, and took a chunk out of the driveway during the process which were unrelated to the project. They told us we wouldn't have to pay the second half of the bill due to all that has happened, and now are coming after us for that second half of the payment. Terrible company, do not use.

I give them a 4 1/2. Nobody’s perfect.
I have done 3 small projects with them. That were always “on top” of whatever was going on, communicated well honestly and throughly, followed up regularly, and kept the subs on task. I never felt out of the loop or left wondering what was going to happen next. If there was a problem (We know there always will be some) they told me right away and then proceeded to fix it. If I had an issue they were eager to address it until it was right. Very refreshing.
