Please go to Jimmy if you have any issues with your computer or phone. He gets the job done. Not only is he knowledgeable but he’s laid back and won’t make you feel like your dumb for not knowing what he is talking about. Also his prices are affordable! He is a trustworthy and honest guy. You already feel welcome when walking into his office. They’re many great IT people out there in Metro but not like Jimmy!

He was very knowledgeable and very patient with me. He also wanted to teach me in the event that my problem should happen again. Definitely check out these local places before you try to go to the big box stores. Reasonable prices also

I called about a specific laptop issue I was having, and the employee on the phone was a huge help. He knew he wasn't making money over the (it was not a complex issue, and we worked it out fairly quickly) but he took the time to give me a very good estimation if what I needed to do. I would 100% recommend to anyone in the area.

Jimmy is the best. I thought my old laptop might be shot, but he tracked down a used motherboard for me and installed it for a very reasonable price. Now it’s back in action. Thanks Jimmy!
